We did the full day tour which included the Cliffs of Moher and several hours on one of the Aran Islands, Inisheer. Our guide Sean was fantastic! Engaging, informative, funny, and always looking out for us. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Galway area!

Appreciated the small group feel & Kenny was a great guide and story teller. Great locations for photography. Highly recommend for those looking for seaside views to see the cliffs & absorb the grandness of the sculpted erosion over time. Inisheer lunch was good too, got a good amount of steps in to break up the ride.

Phil was fantastic!! We absolutely loved our tour, the views, jokes and the information! Getting to see the Arab island and the cliffs of moher from the sea was well worth it!

This was a great tour and experience. Was great to get to see the cliffs from the sea! Our guide Shawn was great. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of insight into the country and this area. There are lots of options for tours and I’m so glad we went with the one going to rhe Aran Islands. YOU MUST go the horse drawn carriage ride on Ishineer island. They are given by locals who love on the island and the experience of learning from the locals is so important! Highly recommend for couples, families or even solo travelers.

A rough beginning as our van broke down shortly after departure and Lally Tours and Phil were quick to respond and remedy the situation. Phil was full of facts, figures and anecdotes throughout the trip, all presented in humorous fashion.
The scenery was spectacular, the tour company was accommodating by providing pick up near our hotel, and the day was everything we hoped for on our exploration of Ireland.

So memorable!!! This trip combined several amazing experiences. By boat the Cliffs of Moher, The Aaran island multiple layered things to do. The motor coach ride thru Connemara- the beach communities. Who knew that existed in Western Ireland
All in all. Barry was a pleasure. Informative, cultural and a hometown insight we all need to experience.

Really great tour. Good pacing. Nice size group. Our tour guide Phil was knowledgeable and friendly with a wicked sense of humor. Amazing vistas on Insheran. Not too overrun with tourists. One regret: didn’t bring a swimsuit and would have loved a dip at the nice beach there.

Our tour guide Barry was awesome! He went over and above from facts about the areas we were traveling through, to making sure we knew the best spots to stop for lunch etc. The downside in our opinion , was the boat portion to the cliffs. The water was very choppy, (which obviously can't be prevented) but also, unless you have an outside deck seat, you dont actually get to see the cliffs... Aside from that, Great trip!!

We thought that Phil and Shaun did a great job with telling us about the whole area of Galway. Unfortunately, we were not able to do the boat ride near the cliffs due to rough seas. Otherwise, we had a great time and really enjoyed the tour.

Barry (and our driver Gary) were fantastic. Barry was personable, knowledgeable and made the trip smooth and easy. He was passionate about the history he shared and gave information without overwhelming his audience. I would come back and do another tour with Barry in a heartbeat. The boat tour was bumpy but beautiful, the island was so enjoyable and interesting. I highly recommend this tour, but especially this tour guide

Phil, our guide, was an absolute delight … one of the best we’ve ever had! He was very knowledgeable, told countless stories and kept the group in stitches all day! The tour takes you all the way around Galway Bay, first by van and then by ferry. The Cliffs, the Burren and Inisheer are all very scenic. We finished up greatly increasing our understanding of the area and Ireland in general. Super tour!

We spent the day with “Sean from Kerry” and he made us feel special. Seeing the Aran Island was magical and watching Sean speak “Irish” with the locals fascinated me. I will not forget seeing the Cliffs of Moher from the boat, or our horse and cart ride with the local (Trevor) on Aran Island!

Long day but packed with fun. There was some confusion over the pick up location since two different hotels were listed in the confirmation but a quick call cleared it up. After that everything was perfectly planned and organized through the trip. Seeing the cliffs from the water was spectacular. Well worth the cost, highly recommend!!

It was a really good trip. It gets pretty chilly on the boat but it was great fun. If you go, make sure to wear a little warmer clothes. Phil was absolutely the best!

Phil was a very good guide. He knew the history and stories of the places we visited and had recommendations for places to see, eat and listen to music. The drive through the Burren was beautiful. On a previous trip, I'd wondered what the walls the went to the top of hills were all about, now I know! We stopped in a town that had a market going on and bought a couple souvenirs.
We've been to the Cliffs before, but wanted to see it from the water and this didn't disappoint. We had plenty of time to get lots of pictures and were blessed with picture perfect, sunny weather. Then on to Inisheer, where we saw the shipwreck and castle. We chose to take a horse and buggy ride to see things and that wasn't as good as we thought. The buggy crammed 6 of us on it. We were told that he would stop where we would need to get off an hike up to the castle, but he didn't and when we got back there wasn't time to hike back up. He also didn't stop as promised at the cemetery, but I did hike back for that and the views from there. We'd have been better off renting bicycles to see what we wanted to see. Lunch on the island was ok, but we didn't expect much.
It was a Friday, and we were on a ferry, so when we stopped at Inishmaan, we picked up a load of kids that go to school there and home for the weekends. I later met a man who had been there to be schooled in the Irish language. The drive back was made interesting by Phil pointing out some of the towns and history of the area.
Overall a great experience that I would recommend to all. Just don't do the horse and buggy on Inisheer.

We expected rain (which is often the case in Ireland), but the weather cooperated and it turned out to be a sunny day. The tour guide Phillip was wonderful and kept us well entertained throughout the day. The ferry ride around the Cliffs of Moher was wonderful, however sitting in the back lower outside level of the ferry resulted in us being exposed to a tremendous amount of diesel exhaust which deterred from the experience. That said, try to snag a spot up top and you should be fine! It was great to explore Inisheer where we enjoyed a wonderful seafood chowder in one of the pubs and then a Guinness in another pub. All in all it was a great day and we would both recommend the tour!

The entire trip was spectacular! Barry was an awesome guide, providing extensive details of the history and current culture of the areas we visited. The views of Ireland were amazing and everything was extremely well organized. Sarah did such a great job driving that we never thought twice about how we were getting around.
