This was an incredible experience! I learned so much more about the geology and the history of the area than I would have going alone. I also met nice fellow travelers with whom to share the joy of the beautiful views. When we got to the Cliffs at the end, we were lucky enough to catch someone accepting a marriage proposal with the Cliffs as the background (so sweet). Our guide was spectacular. The pace was just right.

Wow!!! What an incredible experience. Simon was the best tour guide we could have asked for. He knew so much about the history and was great at telling stories! I honestly cannot imagine doing the cliffs without a guide like him. It was such a special experience for all of us.

We really enjoyed our tour with Phil. He had a lot of history about the area to share. Which really just added so much to the experience. He was also friendly and kind making sure we were all safe. The pace was good with times for breaks and picture taking. Would highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic experience! Funny and informative guide Declan. The small group made it feel like a personalized tour, not like they were just trying to rush you in and out of a lookout point. Multiple stops where the guide explained the view, told stories about the history or current events of the area, and gave plenty of time for pictures. Would recommend to anyone looking for a locals experience of the Cliffs of Moher!

Fabulous 4 mile hike along the stunning Cliffs of Moher with the very knowledgeable and entertaining guide, Simon. We all thoroughly enjoyed this adventure. Be prepared to experience wind, muddy conditions and spectacular views. This can be a challenging hike in places, and is not for young children or anyone with physical challenges. Bring your camera, but leave your white tennies behind!

This small group tour was the perfect way to experience the Cliffs! It is a 3.5 mile hike, so wear shoes that help you navigate rough/uneven terrain. We went in September and it was very wet/muddy.
Sofie was an exceptional guide. Lovely personality, helpful and informative. The best!
This was our favorite tour of the trip.

Great way to enjoy the views without the bus crowds! Phil maintained a steady pace interspersed with stops, during which he shared interesting facts and folklore. Very entertaining experience and great exercise too!

My friend and I were really looking forward to hiking the Cliffs of Moher, but when we realized part of the trail had been shut down, we decided to do a guided tour. Dean our guide was excellent and we had a great group! Great way to avoid crowds at visitor Centre.

I cannot recommend Ollie's Tours, Mark - our guide - and this tour enough. It was perfect. I had looked at hiking to the Cliffs of Moher from Doolin, as I didn't want to get stuck with all the tourists at the Visitor Centre. The rub is transportation back from the Cliffs after the hike. This tour allowed us to hike a road-less-traveled to the Cliffs of Moher, great history & information from Mark about the area along the hike, VERY FEW people on the trail from Doolin & a small group (just 5 of us) to experience this trip. Ollie's Tours arranged a taxi for all of us back to the starting point, so easy, easy. The other amazing experience was their access to off-the-trail locations to get special views of the Cliffs. Highly, highly recommend. Ollie's Tours was responsive to all my upfront questions (we parked for free in Doolin) and made everything easy. It didn't hurt that it was a clear day, no wind & some of the most beautiful views EVER. 5* for the whole experience.

Our family had a great time on this hike. The views were spectacular and hiring a guide gave us access to some of the best views that otherwise wouldn’t have been accessible. Our guide, Sean, made the walk even more enjoyable by sharing local history, Irish culture and a few Irish myths. I highly recommend this outing.

The secret trip! Simon the monk would lead you where few have ever gone! Absolutely magical! Avoid the hordes of people on the bus at the gift shop at the top! That's a total tourist trap!

Amazing tour that gave you views simply visiting the visitor center would not. Our awesome guide Tommy gave us information about the area as well as some folklore that kept us entertained along the way. It was a great way to spend the day and immerse ourselves in the area I would recommend it to anyone.

This was the best way to see the Cliffs of Moher! Sean was our incredible guide sharing history, funny stories and pointing out things we would have missed without him. The cliffs are breathtaking! The journey to the cliffs was also beautiful and rich in tales! The time with our group at Gus O’Conner’s was the perfect ending to a buck list day!

Views really are dependent on the weather. Visitor’s Center has a very nice presentation and you can see what you missed in photos and show at the Center. Worth the trip no matter what the weather. Tour company was very knowledgeable and helpful.

A few minutes in we were looking at a stone bridge and behind it was a castle in Doolin. We were outside for over 4 hours on the Cliffs of Moher hikining and listening to storries from the guide storyteller, Tommy and we met Pat Sweeney a local farmer who orgnaized local farmers to permit us walk across their incredibe land 700 feet above the roaring Atlantic. An amazing day.

My husband and I did this hike as well as a ferry tour of the cliffs on the same day. This hike was by far superior!! We got far better views of the cliffs and amazing photos on the hike. Our guide was great - knowledgeable, friendly and made sure that the group enjoyed their experience.
This was by far the best experience that we have had in our week long trip exploring Ireland. Highly recommend!
