Great times on K'gari

This was a great I introduction to K'gari. We went to all of the major spots as well as some places I would not have found on my own (such as the coolest tree I have seen). A great laid back two days soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. Highlights included swimming at Lake Mackenzie, a beautiful walk through the rainforest, and the greatest night sky ever. The campground was well maintained, and the meals were delicious. It was great to just enjoy the experience and not have to worry about driving the 4WD roads. Having a small group meant that it was easy to get from place to place and very relaxed. Our guide Joshua was so enthusiastic about the island and looked after us well. He even took the time to rescue another car that was stuck in the sand. It was one of my favorite tours I have taken in Australia, and I would highly recommend it.

Experiences were great. Food was plentiful and amazing, glamping tents very comfortable after a long day and if you have a clear night you get an amazing view of the stars. Jenai was simply the best tour guide - cannot recommending the 2 day trip and her knowledge/expertise enough
