Overview
Many whale-watching tours only allow you to see the majestic creatures from a distance, but on this Fraser Island tour you’ll get the chance to swim with them. Visit the more remote parts of the island that many visitors skip, and have fun bushwalking, snorkeling, kayaking, and swimming. The experience was increadible, the staff was all really helpful. I went with my wife and 3 year old son, while it was a bit chilly we really enjoyed it.
The staff offered to keep an eye on my son so we could enjoy some of the experiences. The kayaking along mangroves and walk in the freshwater creek was amazing.
They also offered halal chicken on top of tasty pasta and vegetarian options. Would definitely recommend this if you are going to hervey bay.

The experience was increadible, the staff was all really helpful. I went with my wife and 3 year old son, while it was a bit chilly we really enjoyed it.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Saw whales really close up and then spent some time on the remote side of Fraser Island. Hard to fault anything about the trip. The crew on the boat were great and really helpful and friendly. Definitely memories for life.

Great trip, friendly crew. Good selection of snacks & lunch. Saw a few whales up close and K’gari was beautiful. Enjoyed the kayaking and the beach. Only negative was snorkelling as crew didn’t notice straightaway when I got into some difficulty and I tried 3 times to get someone’s attention.

This was a fun packed experience from pick up to drop off. Saw loads of whales had a lovely refreshing swim off the boat, loved the spectacular views from K’gari over the ocean, kayaking through the mangroves then tubing behind the fast boat - from whale spotting to wailing with delight - then unwinding cruise back reflecting upon a wonderful day. In summary, a great time was had by all. Thanks

Great to see the whales so close to the boat. The staff were super friendly and informative. We loved the time we spent at the two stops on land with the tubing and water swing highlights for our teenage kids. Such a great day!

Friendly and experienced staff running the tour. As well as the whale watching, our tour included a trip to a rope swing on a beach, kayaking, tubing, and snorkelling. Wasn't expecting it to be such an activity based tour (thought it would be more chilled bushwalking/exploring the island on kayaks) but it was very enjoyable nonetheless! Couldn't swim with the whales due to calves being present but not sure I'd want to disturb them in the water anyway and was very cool just seeing them play!

Sensational and super professional, caring and well organised tour and staff went beyond to making it a special day for us all. This is my second time doing this particular tour and believe me it's as wonderful as our first tour. Fabulous staff, knowledgeable and personable. Very experienced captain Noel who went out of his way to show us every whale and their behaviour in the bay. The food and snacks were ample, tasty and delicious. The activities organised such as kayaking, tibing, walking in creeks and snorkelling were outstanding. Highly , highly recommended.

Amazing tour to whale watch and explore K'gari island. This tour is for very active people as you will be on and off the boat several times. We started off the morning doing the majority of our whale watching as the whales were out and about. Absolutely amazing experience, the team does a great job of getting you up close to the whales, definitely a highlight of our vacation. We saw so many whales by the end of the day I think some people lost interest lol.
Throughout the day we also kayaked, snorkeled, tubed and climbed a sand dune. The snorkeling had cloudy visibility and not alot of sealife while we were there, I would definitely recommend other spots/tours if snorkeling is your main interest but it was still fun to get in the water.
Great crew, very friendly and looked after everyone. Food on the boat is ok, drink options (soda and alcoholic) do cost extra.
Overall would highly recommend!

Honestly up there with one of the best days of my life, swimming with the whales was absolutely incredible. The day was a perfect mix of whale watching and adventure. The staff were so informative and friendly. I will be doing this tour again and recommending them to friends and family.

This was the most fabulous day - whale watching, husband swimming with the whales, kayaking on Fraser Island, swimming, tubing, just the best value for money day trip ever. The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful, patient, food was great, and plenty of it, would thoroughly recommend this for all ages, would love to bring our family back here next year.

This is quite possibly the best day trip we have ever done!! The crew were fantastic, attentive and knowledgeable. The whales were incredibly curious and hung out for ages, I think they enjoyed their people watching. The whale swim was EPIC!!! We laughed till our cheeks were sore on the tubes and recovered with a peaceful kayak up the fresh water creek on K’gari. Could not wipe the smile off our faces for hours!! Incredible experience, the staff were fantastic, knowledgeable, couple bumps outside of their control but didn’t affect the day at all. Would highly recommend for those looking to do a little more than just whale watching.

Such an amazing trip!! 100% recommend. We saw so many whales (no pics cos they’re all videos🤣). We wanted something more than just a boat trip spotting some whales and we definitely got that! Snorkelling, getting in with the whales, kayaking, walking, and even tubing 😅 Such a great, informative & friendly team who clearly love what they do!

This was the most incredible day! We swam in the water with whales, saw dolphins, dugongs, dingos and turtles. The kids loved the sea biscuit ride and the K’gari was beautiful.

With only 20 passengers on board and a friendly, efficient crew, the cruise was comfortable as well as educational. Plenty to see and do. We were lucky enough to view a pod of 3 adults and a sleeping calf right next to the boat. Made our day!

This is one of the best boat trips we have done. It’s so much fun and the staff were great. My 14 year old son loved it all from the whales, tubing, exploring, the food, being on the tender boat. There is something for everyone. I enjoyed the glass of bubbly whilst watching the amazing whales and calf’s. My husband enjoyed a snorkel and we all enjoyed the walk up the dunes. Let’s not forget the kayaking through the mangroves in the untouched part of K’gari. We honestly loved every minute. Can’t recommend it enough. We certainly be back again

The day was spectacular, we saw loads of whales even got to swim with them. Wonderful day full of activities on Fraser. Food was fresh and delicious. This tour is an absolute must do for Fraser Island. Nice and quiet tour exploring the west side of Fraser Island. very professional crew, great activities to do on the Island. Must do when it's whale season. We got luck with whales putting on a spectacular show.
Lunch was very good. Free tea coffee all day. Lots of room on the boat too.
You will be well looked after on this tour. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
