Following hotel pickup, you’re transferred to the Fox Glacier base to board your 6-passenger helicopter. After a safety briefing, your professional pilot takes to the skies on a 20-minute aerial tour over the scenic Southern Alps.
The twin-engine helicopter hovers above remote mountain landscapes draped in ice-blue snow. Marvel at the panorama from your unique vantage point as your pilot details the sights through descriptive narration, then lands safely in the snowfield atop the glacier.

The tour was cancelled due to weather however I am still waiting for a refund a week later. Viator has not gotten back to me at all, disappointed with the service!

Amazing scenery. Landing on the snow and walking in knee deep snow was an experience I will always remember. The pilot Ben was very polite and helpful. The flight was terrific even though it was only a 20 minute tour I would love to have done the 40 minute tour as I wanted to see more. The staff in the tour office were also helpful and polite. The Helicopter Line tour company I would recommend.

fox glacier was fantastic. The ride was smooth and provided a quick way to explore the glacier. The pilot did not say much, and could have provided commentary both during the ride, and on the ground on the glacier.

What a ball! this was a definite highlight of our trip, the scenery is just amazing, the time just flew, will definitely be on the to do list on our next visit to NZ, but perhaps for a longer trip, enjoy

This trip is one of the most amazing scenic journeys I done in my life. Visiting Fox Glacier terminal itself is beautiful but the helicopter ride to the mountain top gives you a spectacular views which un-fortunately can't see from the bottom.

es war ein unbeschreibliches Erlebnis mit dem Helicopter über den Gletscher zu fliegen.
Nette Leute, gute Vorbereitung und Sicherheitseinweisung. Man fühlte sich die ganze Zeit sicher.
