Beautiful way to see the jungle/rainforest and Mayan ruins. Nate was excellent; knowledgeable, friendly and helped make this a fabulous day!

I loved my experience with a few comments.
The driver was great. our guide was new but did everything he could to make our experience great. It seemed he was a quick replacement because of some delays at the airport and did not speak English. So we had to insist a bit to get an English speaking guide. I think our Spanish guide did what he could to solve the problem. I hope he got paid extra for being put in a very difficult situation.
Also, the meetup location they texted me was wrong so I had to get a waiter to call for me to figure out where I was supposed to be.
Loved the drive, the other travelers were great. The tour was really great once we got an English guide and I learned so much. Bring water and bug spray and a granola bar or two.
I think I saved a bit by purchasing my own ticket on line, but they will arrange your ticket and your lunch if you want them to.
We walked all over the park and climbed so many steps. Tiring but very doable.
Looks ved the experience in the end.
I wish they had given better details and been more clear to begin with.

Viator sold me a product that the operator tikalgo wasn’t offering anymore and I end up losing all my money because they both play the blame game and niether of them took responsibility. It was a very bad and frustrating experience.

It was a great experience. Our guide was amazing. I highly recommend. The line to get the tickets was a bit long. Make sure you have ID with you, they also accept pictures of passports. We left 20 minutes late but we stayed an extra hour at the end.

My overall experience was GREAT!
The guide Nathanael was VERY knowledgeable and was able to communicate clearly English and Spanish AND was able to share with us all the information in regard to the MAYAS. He answered all questions we came up with.
The driver was also VERY friendly and drove VERY careful all the way from Flores to Tikal. I am very please I chose this tour team. Thank you

The guides are incredibly knowledgeable about Mayan history and the city of Tikal as well as their relationship with other Mayan cities. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the lunch at the restaurant in the park.

Natanael was an awesome guide! He was passionate, informative and patient with our group of six. Clearly knew what he was talking about and spoke excellent English.
The van was comfortable and air-conditioned, and our whole group liked the lunch. The pickup was on-time.
Note that the tour price does not include the national park entrance fee or lunch, which cost an extra 320 GTQ (or USD45 if you choose to pay in USD).

This tour was pretty amazing. I decided to book my own flight to Tikal from Guatemala City and had pick-up and drop-off at the airport to save on cost. Once I arrived, pick up was super straight forward. Our tour guide was also amazing and gave us so much rich Mayan history as we walked around. We had plenty of time to explore/take pictures at each landmark. There are four temples that you can actually climb, with the last one being the steepest. I would recommend saving your energy for the last one if you can’t do all four as it has the best views of the forest. Also if you visit during the dry season, know that it’s very hot and humid so bring lots of water or cash to buy drinks inside the park. Sun block is also super important!

Fantastic trip - Roel was a really great guide, pick up etc went very smoothly. Park entrance and lunch was an additional $45, but this was communicated well in advance.

I highly recommend this guided tour. It was incredibly affordable compared to what we found online. The pick up service was on point… clean, air conditioned bus. The best part of the tour was our tour guide, Nathanael. He was incredible!!! Very Knowledgeable and passionate about Tikal and the Mayan ruins. He took very good care of the group and spoke English and Spanish. The whole trip went so smooth… we departed from Flores Island at 7:35am and returned at 4:30. On a side note, our tour did not include our tickets and lunch at Tikal. We paid for those separately, which wasn’t a problem at all. Don’t hesitate to book your tour… you won’t be disappointed!

We had Roel as our tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and very patient in answering all our questions during the tour. This is by far the best tour guide I have had in Guatemala. He made the trip really enjoyable and we learned so much about Tikal and Mayan culture. I highly recommend this tour.

We book a ride and tour from the airport to Tikal National Park, I wasn't sure about what was included and I was so happy with our tour guide, Nate was great at explaining things, and he spoke clearly in both English and Spanish and was easy to follow for those who didn't understand one or the other language, the lunch that was served was great, but better yet were the cold towels to cool off and clean our hands as soon as we arrive to the restaurant, it was an Awesome experience. I was very pleased with our tour guide and was very happy that we did this tour. There was an upsell push at the beginning to supposedly save time getting our ticket and include lunch. I am glad we resisted the ticket issue was immediately resolved as we left Flores.

Solo que si deben de aclarar que las entradas al parque no están incluidas. El almuerzo si lo dicen que no está incluido. Todo lo demás 100% bueno

El tour es organizado y son puntuales al recogerte. Durante todo el recorrido fuimos acompañados por el guía, nos aclaro todas las dudas.
Considero que es importante que se sea posible visitar el museo y reducir el tiempo en la tienda de recuerdos.
Pero recomiendo el tour.
