We had a wonderful experience on this tour! Orlando was on time to pick us up at our hotel and shared alot of information about the Mayan culture along the way. The sunrise tour was so worth it with a personal guide! We learned so much more than we ever would, if we traveled through Tikal on our own. The sunrise at the top was stunning and an adventure we'll never forget!

Our guide was truly outstanding! His knowledge was vast and could answer any question we had. It was obvious that he had a passion for Tikal and the Mayan culture. Also, I highly recommend the sunrise tour as it was perfect for seeing almost all of Tikal, while also avoiding the heat and the crowds.

The sunrise tour was perfect! I highly recommend it if you want to experience Tikal and the jungle coming to life in the morning. Mario was wonderful. Our children loved it and said it was well worth the 3:15 walk-up! The entire tour from start to finish was well organized, the breakfast was delicious, and it was a magical experience.

The sunrise tour with Elmer was one if the highlights of our trip. We climbed the monuments to watch sunrise and hear the jungle wake up. Elmer was a great guide, explaining not just the ruins but also pointing out interesting facts in the jungle. An excellent tour!

Absurdly overpriced. You can get this for exactly 1/10th the price. Shame on viator and VIP tours DO NOT BOOK this tour unless you want to be robbed.

I DONT THINK WE ROBBED YOU, NOBODY FORCED YOU TO PAY, WE TOOK YOU TIKAL, WE WERE ON TIME ( 3.15AM), AND YOU DID ACCEPT THE TOUR AND ENJOYED IT.
We have taken 100 hundreds of families and they have had a life time experiences and never complained before. WHY DURING THE TOUR YOU DID NOT COMPLAIN?
I THINK YOU WANTED TO TAKE ADVENTAGE OF THE COMPANY, HAVE A GREAT TOUR AND ASK YOUR MONEY BACK.
I wish you have described how wonderful Tikal and The Tour (service) we gave you was, as you said And mention, our service is a VIP service and as far as we know VIP is a high quality service and always a little more expensive, However on Viator you find tours that cost 50UsD 100usd, 80usd, 150usd, even 200usd more expensive that my tour cost, we got up at 1.50am to get ready and be on time for this sunrise tour, the park fee cost 35UsD plus breakfast, water, the guide that earn more money because is too early to work, brand new van, coffe, if you didnt want to have all this service and pay 170USD PP, you should have search for a cheaper tour, unless you wanted to take adventage of our great service and then ask full refund as you did.
We wonder Why you decided to tour around Tikal with us, i guess i know, to have a great experience and you had it, you know it, i dont know why you complain about the cost, maybe you just wanted to take the service and then recover your money. I wish you had complain about the cost before the tour.
Mr Nicholas, we know you were very young touist, maybe 28 or 30 years old, maybe you were not ready with money and to have this great service.
We would have refund you 100% if you had not taken the tour and if you had cancelled the tour atleast 6 or 10 hours before the tour or before 3.15a.m..
With much respect, i want to tell you something, on business the cost will always vary, some are cheap, and you get a bad thing or service sometime, some of them are expensive, some of them are ok, and you know you are free to take which ever you want.
Next time, we advise you to search for the cost that suit you or cancel the services before the activity, or Contact the supplier company directly so is cheaper.
We made No mistakes as you know. i hope that in the cheap tours you have the same service.

Arrangements and communication with the tour organisers were excellent, pick up was punctual, tour was great, the guide was very knowledgeable and made sure we covered the whole park! Breakfast after the tour was delicious. Exhausting but excellent experience.

Even though it was misty and we didn't see the sun rise, being in Tikal listening to the jungle awaken was magical. The howler monkeys were deafening in a really good way! Our tour guide Elmer was amazing. He knew so much and shared the story of the Mayan culture. We also enjoyed all the birds and spider monkeys. It was so worth getting up at 3 for this adventure.
