Everything was fine and well-organised. The guide Edwin was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of valuable information about Tikal. We were never bored. There was also enough free time for taking photos. The time management by the guide in general was perfect, he always paid attention to the schedule and said "vamos" when needed. :) Tikal in beautiful and totally worth visiting. I would recommend this tour totally.
You will get zero communication from the tour operators. So get ready for some confusion about pick up as multiple tours get on the same bus. The driver was great.
The tour guides were very nice and friendly but did not provide much information about the archaeological sites.
If you want a really well organized and educational experience you may want to pick another option at a higher price point
This is an experience that needs a guide because of the history not found in books, and the cool little trails.
Giovanni was an excellent guide, very passionate. The transfer took a little longer because of road construction but Gio stretched the stay to the max to still have the full time at the sight
Must see Tikal if you come to Guatemala. Better than the pictures! This tour was as it was presented. It was a quick hour and a half easy ride there. You will see about half of all of the templates and buildings. If you want to see everything you would have to stay for about 2 to 3 more hours. I was exhausted and very hot by the end so it was a perfect half day trip. Got back to Florida's by 4:30 p.m. at the end you will have the option to eat at the restaurant or drink a beer or two.

We got to see most of the ruins. Our guide was very informative. You are able to climb up some of them that have reconstructed stairs.
I would be nice if the trip started according to schedule, waiting for some people who come 30 minutes after time is very tiresome, especially when the buses have No Air conditioning and the temperature is about 35 degrees.

Our tour guide was fanatic. He was able to give the tour in both English and Spanish and seamlessly transition between both. He took us to the main sites in an efficient way and gave us an extensive history about the ruins and Mayan culture. One thing I would advise, when you buy the ticket it says the redeem at the Banrural bank at center Mayan Mundo. YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO THAT! Apart from that, would highly recommend this tour!!
