An excellent day well organised and run. Pick up on time, good driver and van and an excellent guide in Kendel who is very knowledgeable and speaks good English. Tikal is a big site but the way that Kendel worked the route meant we had plenty of time to look at the temples and palaces and listen to the history

Melvin did an amazing job! Educated and very knowledgeable! Food was way better than I expected! Usually tour companies try to get cheaper food but honestly this food was delicious.

You should be physically fit to be able to go to the top of the ruins. You go there to go to the top so you can see the view.

Very well organized tour, right on time and on schedule throughout the day with plenty for time for looking, learning and visiting with other guests. Tikall is an amazing and spacious archaeological site. The height of the temples will absolutely flloor you! Our guide, Nate, was excellent and we’ve never had a better one! The included lunch is delicious, plentiful, and freshly cooked. I highly recommend this tour.

I was contacted the day prior to be ready at 0730 at my hotel lobby, only to be left waiting until 0900 the day of the tour without any update. During this period, I reached out via WhatsApp but got no response. I eventually got ahold of their operations team, which informed me they would call me back after they find out what went wrong (they never did). Finally, the original tour guide ended up responding to my initial messages to let me know that they had made a mistake and picked up the wrong person. Not sure how that happened being that I was the only person waiting at the hotel lobby at the Ramada Hotel. Anyhow, they offered me a sunset tour as an alternative. After how the original tour was handled, I quickly declined and requested a refund. Luckily, I was able to ask my hotel's reception if they had any tours available and they booked me the same tour for $35 with a different agency. It ended up being myself and 3 other folks which made it feel like a private tour. This ended up working out really well for about a quarter of the original price. Being how the situation was handled, I do not recommend this tour agency.

Our tour guide Roel Contreras was very knowledgeable and kind. He answered all

This was a well organised day to visit Tikal National Park, the guide was informative and the tour was just the right length, it was 40 degrees yet we managed to staty out of the sun and enjoyed the opportunity to visit such a fabulous attraction.

the guide paid no attention to my difficulty in walking on uneven terrain, stopping for a long time to allow the photo of animals was no problem but waiting a minute for me to arrive before starting the explanations, no. he left me in the back without worrying about me. Luckily the other participants were sensitive to my situation. I chose this excursion because it was indicated that you could go up to 99 years old and I indicated that I would use poles on very steep terrain. I observed other groups with slower rider their guide took this into account. We stayed in a store for a long time before arriving in Tikal. I would have liked to have had more time in Tikal and less in a souvenir shop.

This was a great experience. The park was very interesting to learn about, the ruins were incredible, and it was so cool seeing monkeys, coatis, birds, and a crocodile. Our guide, Nathanael, was excellent and made the experience even more enjoyable the entire day.

This tour really went above and beyond. First I was picked up by my hotel, by someone who ended up not being my guide but bringing me to the shuttle of the tour, however already shared so many stories and insights about the area and Guatemala. Then the tour itself, Erdo was an amazing guide. He was so knowledgeable, not only about Tikal and the Mayan history, but also about the nature, astronomy, animals and especially birds :) we would stop at a sound of a bird and he would find it for us to see, was incredible! I would 100% recommend and loved it from beginning to end. Thank you for a great and well organised day! On top of everything, you end with a very relaxing and wonderful lunch.

I booked a tour for a group of 14 friends and we had an amazing time! Every part of the experience was top notch, from the huge air conditioned bus that picked us up at our hotel to the delicious lunch served at the end of our trip. The best part of the trip (besides seeing the astonishing archaeological sites) was our tour guide Roel - he was extremely knowledgeable about not only the history of the site but also the local nature and animals and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. Walking to the top of a few of the temples / structures was a bit strenuous but well worth the views and we also loved seeing a few local animals including monkeys. Thanks for a great experience!

Our tour guide, Noel was very knowledgeable and spoke great English. He not only provided information on Tikal and the history of the area and the information they have gathered from the site but also of the Mayan civilization and the amazing knowledge that they possessed.
Tikal is a must see. There is lots of walking on uneven ground and opportunities to climb to the top of some of the temples (which I would highly recommend but they are very steep climbs). We had a great day and hope you do as well!
