Horrible, dangerous experience. Stay away at all costs.

We booked a luxury van and the provider provided a compact common taxi in great disrepair. The driver drove dangerously and the seatbelts were not functional. The provider deliberately and willingly put my family in danger. I could have booked a common taxi from the taxi park for a fraction of the cost. The tour provider (Abdel) was dishonest and engaged in deceptive business practices. Our trip to Morocco has been exceptional and we have only encountered warmth, hospitality and honesty until this. This tour operation put my family in a dangerous situation just to save a few bucks. I have reported him to Viator and asked for a full refund. However, the money is not important. What’s important is that he does not have the opportunity do this to any other tourists. I have asked Viator management to remove him from the Viator platform. Viator has escalated the case to management. Crooked people like this should not be allowed to provide any services to tourists. He does a disservice to Viator. I have travelled extensively and have only had great experiences through Viator. Dishonest tour operators deserve no place on Viator. My family was uncomfortable and terrified. Stay away from this tour operator at all costs. Abdel, I hope you learn a lesson from this. It’s simple. When you promise a service, provide the service that is promised. Making a few bucks at the expensive of the safety and comfort of your customers is not worth it. I’m pretty sure this isn’t the first time you’ve done something like this, but I sincerely hope it will be your last. I would never do that to you and your family.

Reliable driver ensuring a smooth, safe journey

We had a seamless pick up from Essaouira even though we had to liaise with the company as the Medina was close off to traffic. Our driver was prompt and provided us with water etc, and made stops for snacks / bathroom. We loved how reliable he is and will use the company again!

All ok. Driver came on time. Everything was ok. Would recommend. Probably the Best price. I would expect a better communication from the company prior to the transfer. I only received a confirmation from them but no additional information. I did not receive a pickup point or drivers number. I was not able to reach them on the day of the transfer.
