I told him i won’t write e negative review but he didn’t show up!! (Sent a non English speaking driver instead)
The tour guide accommodated the tour and ensured i got the date i required but nonchalantly 12 hours before the tour started said he can’t make it and sending someone else.
The driver was pleasant and professional but couldn’t speak English.
He didn’t even bother to check or ask during and after the tour!!!! Unprofessional and disrespectful.
The tour line up was a starter kit and easy to get appointments - so get the itinerary and do it yourself!

Hello, thank you very much for your review. I'm sincerely sorry. Something unexpected happened. The driver speaks English, but not like me. I asked you if you still wanted to do it or if I should cancel so you could get a full refund. You wanted to continue. Next time when you come, it will be me, 100% as usual. Regarding reservations, it's not so simple, especially since you booked on June 5th for June 7th. To find availability for this short time, I had to call on my contacts, and I assure you it's not easy, especially since it's high season. I hope you had a great day and that you come back to me for a new adventure. I promise you'll be very happy.
