I was traveling alone and excited for the tour. Five hours before, I got a message that the tour was cancelled.i understand that happens. But the person who reaches out to me asked me to cancel the tour. However, the policy states I need to cancel 48 hours before to for my refund, and I was not notified be one cancelling the tour. I asked Dinah to please issue my refund and it was never issued. I had to dispute the charge.

Absolutely wonderful experience! My husband and I went on this trip as a special 60th birthday celebration, made extra special being a private tour with a very enthusiastic guide. Wonderful contrast of small growers to the bigger names, with champagnes we would otherwise not get the opportunity to try. I would highly recommend this trip!

Everything about this tour was great! Pick up was easy and very welcoming. We booked this tour to see the smaller vineyards in the area and it did not disappoint. We were able to taste unique Champaign and see behind the scenes as to how it is made. Out host was extremely knowledgeable on the area, process, and everything that goes into making Champaign.

Our tour guide Charlotte was very welcoming and had so much knowledge of the region for her young age. She was very interactive and answered all our questions with great English comprehension.

We had a beautiful time tasting champagne and seeing all the beautiful views of the area. I will never forget the views. Also, our guide was so knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. She did such a wonderful job.

We were met by our guide who went and got coffee for herself first. No water was provided which wasn't great. The vehicle was too small and very uncomfortable. Visiting Dom Perignon grave in the outer village was good however we felt their other tour pushed us along at a hurried pace. I do not recommend this tour.

You have booked a tour in an electric E-Mehari jeep vehicle which is nevertheless very comfortable but you have the possibility to also ask us for this tour in our other more classic Premium vehicles. Also, you have booked a 3.5 hour half-day tour which is very complete in terms of visits and tastings to make as many discoveries and experiences as possible that our customers love, it is our best seller 5 stars !

This tour was perfect for my wife and I. We really enjoyed getting out of downtown Paris for an afternoon. Our guide was very knowledgeable and a joy to spend the day with. The champagne was exceptional and learning more about the process was great!

Nina was AWESOME! My husband and I took this tour and the whole day was perfect. We learned about the region and got to tour a couple of smaller local vineyards which where both amazing. If you are looking for a one of a kind private experience this is the tour for you!

Our family had a fantastic time touring small champagne houses. We learned many new things about the beverage and tasted some delicious offerings. This was much better than the tour of a large house that we did the next day. Isabelle was a gracious host and is very enthusiastic about her home region. Worth every penny.
