We couldn’t even do this ride and we paid . an hour before our arrival, a broken down quad without solution. In addition, children are forbidden, you must be of age, even if he is a passenger of the quad are less than 90 kg. This is not specified at all in the announcement. They have no flexibility or desire to seek solutions. To fleee!!!

The reservation was made for 4 participants (2 adults and 2 children), and unfortunately, children are not permitted to operate or ride ATVs due to strict safety and insurance regulations. On the day of your booking, one of our ATVs experienced an unexpected mechanical issue. As soon as this occurred, we informed you in advance and offered alternative time slots so that the experience could still be carried out safely. Since only the two adults were eligible to ride, we explained that we could proceed with them and refund the amount for the two children. As you preferred not to be separated, we fully respected your decision and therefore issued a 100% refund for the entire booking. We understand your disappointment and regret the inconvenience caused. However, we would like to emphasize that all safety requirements, participation criteria, and restrictions are communicated in advance, and the refund was provided promptly in the interest of fairness.
