Sub contracted company of Viator, in Sri Lanka, has sold us tickets that cost 1.76 eur for 46 usd and for the WRON DIRECTION. When we complained, 1 min after they have sent it, they said they cannot do anything and they are sorry we changed our minds. Lying bunch of crucks.

Don't pass the blame for us when you done the wrong. You have placed 4 first class seats reservation in very last minute and after we have issued the tickets, again you have asked to cancel it and refund. Sti lanka railways don't do it, so we cannot offer you a refund after tickets issued. Check what you buying before when its non refundable. And prices you are giving above are in correct.

If you couldn't get it 30 days in advance, you will be standing over few hours with unreserved tickets issuing on the day from railway station's counter. You had a fantastic ride because of this service. Otherwise you will end up with packed compartment with so many people.

The train ride from Ella to Nano Oya is a blast and so scenic, and is something I did not want to miss. It was a real challenge to book directly through SL railways and various local sites, for the specific time I wanted. A great train ride from Ella to Nuwara Eliya. The views were amazing. Tea plantations and waterfalls. We bought our tickets through Viator and got what appeared to be the best seats. Book early! Places fill up quickly and when checking in we noted so many people who were turned away because they did not book in advance.
