We only booked the transfer portion rather than a full day tour, and were still treated to plenty of interesting info on the way. Very well organized, comfortable transit, lovely stop by La Leona river as well.

I'm glad I booked this instead of taking the bus to El Chalten. Our guide, Mercedes, provided a lot of useful information for my stay and we were able to make a stop at one of the miradors to get a shot of Fitz Roy.

Reliable transportation to El Chalten if don’t want a big bus or private transfer. You basically tag along with their day trip, but the bonus is you don’t have to make the return on same day. I was picked up and dropped off at my hotel

Very punctual, in the pick-up from our hotel, but not at Leona, the intermediate stop, where the driver appeared and opened the bus (a transformed truck) much later than the agreed time. Pleased with Luis, the guide.

Not only were they only time and super friendly, but my wife left her cell phone in the bus and we tried to get a hold of them that day but we could not reach anyone. The next day we were on a hike in El Chalten and the driver of the bus comes driving by next to us beeping the horn with my wifes phone in his hands!!!!! It was truly unbelievable...What great service! Highly recommend.

Die Fahrt wurde um 1½ Stnden vorverlegt, so dasssch unser Aufenthalt deutlich verkürzt hat. Viator ha tdamit eindeutig seinen Vertrag nicht eingehalten und nicht auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert. Zudem waren die Sitze in dem Bus sehr schmal und der Abstand für große Menschen viel zu klein.

Die Fahrt sollte laut Vertrag um 17:30 sein, fand aber bereits 16:00 statt. Die Sitze in dem Bus waren sehr schmal und der Abstand zwischen den Sitzen für große Menschen absolut nicht ausreichend.

Transfer ohne Viewpoints

Abgeholt wurden wir mit 30 min Verspätung mit einem viel zu kleinen Transporter, unsere Koffer hatten nur im Eingangsbereich platz, zum Glück hatten die übrigen Gäste kein Gepäck. Nachdem alle eingesammelt waren, stiegen wir in einen grossen Bus um. Es stellte sich heraus, dass 3 verschiedene Touren in diesem Bus waren. Gestoppt wurde lediglich an einem der beiden angepriesenen Stopps. In El Chalten angekommen, wurden zuerst die beiden Trekkinggruppen ausgeladen, danach sollten die restlichen Teilnehmer zu ihren Hotels gefahren werden. Das Problem hierbei, der Chauffer konnte jein Englisch und wusste nicht einmal, welche Hotels er anfahren muss, wir mussten den Fahrer zu jedem einzelnen Hotel navigieren. 2 h zu spät sind wir in unserem Hotel angekommen. Fazit: An Viewpoints wurde nicht gehalten, somit hätte gleich der öffentliche Bus (günstiger&schneller) gewählt werden können.
