Tour of Durango was interesting and informative. Recommended. Tour included both walking and riding in vehicle. The walk was easy

This tour of Durango was too long. Probably ok to visit the things you want to see on your own. The guides were very kind and did their best to show us around.

The tour operator did not show up. We waited for 75 minutes. They did not answer our four phone calls or respond to the messages we left. This tour company doesn’t even exist as far as we can tell.
It was my wife’s birthday so this tour was a gift from me to her.

While the main tour guides were knowledgeable and proud of their city, additional guides showing us a cathedral and Pancho Villa house were a great addition, acting as specialists for part of our overall tour.

Our guide, Neftali, was knowledgeable and entertaining. Picked up at hotel on time. Answered questions thoughtfully. Gave a good sense of the history of Durango. Spoke pretty good English, although my hearing isn't good, so didn't catch everything. Would recommend this tour.

The tour guide Edgar was on time, very knowledgeable historian, attentive to detail and very personable. That deserved a 3-4 star rating. Other than that I would only give a 2 star. He was also the driver of the guide vehicle, a Mini Van (Coyote Tours) which lacked air conditioning. Only adequate seatng for three people. The second back seat was difficult to access, especially for seniors and uncomfortably warm. Not at all what I would expect of a touring company. I should have paid closer attention to the ad that stated "moderate activity required " . Having some mobility issues I had trouble keeping up on the walking portion of the tour. Which was much farther than the 2-3 blocks he claimed it was. Beware if you expect more do your research before booking with Viator.
