First let me say our guide was great. Reason for the 2** The description says “private 4x4 transportation” there were 7 of us crammed into a small minivan. Then a 1hr. stop to the quad riding area, which no one signed up for and we sat there heading off pushy venders for an hour while waiting with nothing to do. Then the ride into the desert was grouped with another vehicle who had a blow out in the middle of the dune bashing. We all got out of our cars and waited almost an hour for them to fix the tire. At that point, sun was setting, no photo op in the desert, no ride to the top of the red desert for photos. At this point, we’re late getting to the camp for dinner. Rushed camel ride. We literally rode around in one circle for a photo op and that was it by the cranky camel owner rushing us to hurry hurry hurry.. Don’t know where the falcon handler was, and no option for sand boarding. By then it was dark. It probably wasn’t even even offered. We did, however, have time for the show which was great and the dinner. I called for a partial or full refund, they did not offer any amount of refund so hence the two star rating.

I would like to provide you some clarification, and I apologize for any confusion caused during your adventure.the safari was on a sharing basis, and Its already motioned in group type as sharing. and the pickup was offered in a a land cruiser . The additional stop during the safari for quad biking and traditional purchases are a default stop which is included in safari, and we will work on better communicating this feature to our guests in the future. I completely understand that tire issues can occur during dune bashing, and while it's an unfortunate part of the experience, I'm sorry for any inconvenience it caused during your trip. Your point about camel riding is duly noted, and we will reinforce with our team the importance of providing a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the entire activity duration. Ride through desert was good, desert camp food and entertainment was good. What let the trip down was our guide, who seemed to spend the whole trip on his phone, even while driving the jeep on the sand dunes! Felt he did not explain things properly, he seemed to dump us at the camp without any proper information. We did not get our camel ride because of lack of explanation and sand boarding was never mentioned.

Wir hatten mit dem Büro ausgemacht eine stunde eine private Quad tour durch die Wüste zu machen Unser guide war null informiert. Wir bekamen dann 20 min quad in einem Käfig. Und dafür wollten sie den gleichen Preis. Es gab ewige Diskussionen den ganzen Ausflug über ständig am Telefon. Konnten es kaum genießen. Aber unser guide gab sich sehr viel Mühe unseren Ausflug so gut wie möglich zu machen. Vielen Dank Azzim für deine Zeit und Mühe Mit der Gesellschaft jedoch nie wieder. Verlangten das Geld von ihm wenn wir es nicht bezahlen würden. Haben nur 1 Stern verdient. Dann hätte unser guide aber seinen Job verloren. Immer schön nach unten treten statt mal das Problem bei der Katastrophalen Organisation zu suchen. Hierfür konnte nämlich der Fahrer nichts! Und auf ihn wurde es abgewälzt. AUFPASSEN!
