I can not fault the organisation once we arrived at the Marina to board the boat.
We were allocated a table, which was shared with other groups.
The buffet style meal was very nice. Plenty of choice and food available. Soft drinks were served throughout the meal, with an option to purchase alcohol if you wished.
Photos taken prior to boarding which you could purchase for 50 AED each.
Entertainment on the boat was nice.
Communication in regards to transfer pick up time was poor. I messaged a number of times to confirm pick up time and was told driver would be in contact with me. At 6pm on day of trip, still no confirmation of pick up time. As no pick up time was confirmed, this impacted our plans prior to cruise as felt we needed to be at hotel incase we were an early pickup.
Finally got a text from driver to say they were outside hotel. I replied, we are waiting outside our hotel. He then arrived 15 minutes later.

For us the boat was cancelled and put us on a wooden local boat. The trip there was in an old 8 seater mini bus. Once there the boat left the dock and then went back. Half an hour later left and then returned to dock to fix an issue. 20 minutes later finally left the dock. There was no English commentary on the way. Food and drink was served but it was very poor and drinks were warm. Entertainment started and finished quickly agin poor standard.
I believe this trip was a lot cheaper than the one I originally booked but was not offered any sort of refund. Probably won’t get one either. My advice is book the best looking boat and pay as much as you can afford, I thought I had done this but circumstances and poor management ripped me off

The "live show" is misrepresenting. Having a guy twirl for approximately 20 minutes isn't my ideal of live entertainment. Also, the food wasn't that great. The best part of this tour is the fact that you are cruising on the water.

The dance the food the people the music everything. The driver was nice and everything was great. The evening was great the dancing was nice and everything was great and we had a great time.

This was worst experience I had Dubai,
The cruise was over crowded with people, food was bad, interior was bad.
Such a bad arrangement.
This cruise specially had a problem. All other cruises were great.
Do not book this one.

The boat trip was delayed and it said luxury catamaran but felt more like we was sitting in a school canteen. You only got 2 drinks and a very small bottle of water. Even though it says unlimited drinks. Food was ok if it’s to your taste. Overly loud music.
A Positive is that the views were beautiful.

Honestly I was not happy with the service I feel that there should be an employee near the food I thank God that my table was call first as I sat down to eat and watch other people serve themselves they were picking the food with their hands and when they will come back for seconds with the fork that they had in their mouth they were picking on the watermelon and basically eating it from the display it was pretty disgusting overall it was OK I just feel that they should have an employee monitoring or even serving people

Staff was not friendly, we were instructed to stay seated until your table was called but several people went to obtain their food before being instructed to do so and by the time our table was called the food was cold and picked over. There was a performer during the tour which was very nice. I really don’t recommend doing this dinner cruise.

Not bad experience but would recommend the pricier more private dinner cruise. I want too happy about how the buffet is set up. All hands go into the pita bread which isn't sanitary at all.

The experience was good. Certainly with doing once. But the food was bad. Misled totally about live music. There was no live music. Also the start time was misled by the organizers.

1) Nice experience, but staffs weren’t professional and caring. I wanted to sit in a spot they were telling me it’s VIP meanwhile there was no such thing they were just trying to make extra money.
2) The transfer was insane it took me 2 hours and minutes 30 sitting in the bus. He was picking up people all over the place and people weren’t even ready. Imagine sitting in a bus for nearly 3 hours with a kid and was so crowded, It wasn’t professional at all.
3) The YATCH is nice, but there’s no AC in the balcony it was crazy hot.

Could been better if it was managed well! It was a mass to go there and to the bote and it was Not safe to do with Covid! People are so close to each others dancing No Mask on etc. We been trying out best to stay a way and be safe! I only fealt that when we are off the boat I will never do it again!

Wir waren mit meiner Freundin am 12.08.21 zum Dinner. Ehrlich gesagt ein unterdurschnittliches Buffet und ein sehr mäßiger Ausflug.
Beim Betreten des Bootes wurde im unteren Bereich bereits gegessen. Oben wurde man platziert und hat eine sehr lange Zeit auf etwas zu trinken gewartet. Bei den Temperaturen in Dubai ein absolutes No-Go! Egal wo, der Service war immer gut und die Bedienungen sehr zuvorkommend. Dort wurde ein einziger, armer Kellner (er konnte einem wirklich leid tun) für diverse Gäste „abgestellt“. Das Buffet wurde dann nach ca. 45 Minuten doch endlich eröffnet und das Essen war unterer Durchschnitt, Massenabfertigung eben. Aufgrund von Corona wurden wir angehalten, beim Buffet Handschuh zum Auftun des Essens zu tragen (Maske sowieso) - gar kein Problem. Warum kommen dann aber Gäste vom unteren Abteil nach oben und fassen dort alles an, was und wie es ihnen beliebt?
Am Abend durch die Marina von Dubai zu fahren hat definitiv was. Typischer Dubai Flair, schöne Gebäude, die imposant beleuchtet sind, ein sauberes Stadtbild, höchster Infiniti-Pool der Welt, das größte Riesenrad der Welt etc.. Jetzt kommt der Harken: Während die Gäste aus dem unteren Abteil fertig waren mit Essen, haben wir unser „Menü“ gerade erst eingenommen. Aber natürlich möchte auch jeder Fotos von den Sehenswürdigkeiten machen; von sich selbst, mit Partner, mit Kindern, mit Familie… kurzum: Das Dinner nimmt man schlussendlich zu sich, umgeben von vielen Hobbyfotografen. Gerne stehen die Leute dann auch so nah hinter jemanden am Stuhl, dass man Schweißaustausch betreiben könnte. Entspanntes Dinner? Nein. Der ganze Rahmen wurde noch durch sehr laute Musik, die nicht wirklich stimmig war, abgerundet.
Laut Leistungsumfang war auch Live-Programm für den Tag vorgesehen. Allerdings hat nichts stattgefunden. Man kann nur hoffen, dass nicht der „DJ“ im Unterdeck als Live-Act gemeint war..
Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
