Horrible Experience

I have planned this trip for an entire year for my US friends. I was so embarrassed when everyone left the boat with their clothes dripping wet due to no air on the boat. I should have at least been contacted to advise me that the air was inoperable on the boat in order to make an informed decision if I still wanted to attend. I purchased seven tickets for my friends, and everyone was extremely disappointed.

Dear Dionne, We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you during your tour. We understand how disappointing it must have been for your friends to leave the boat with their clothes dripping wet. As we all know, Dubai is experiencing a temperature rise to 49 degrees Celsius this month, along with increased humidity. As shown in the photos, the activity was an open space activity, but we also have an indoor facility on the yacht. However, due to the rising temperatures, you may have still felt the heat. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort and disappointment this caused.

A memorable experience!! If you have ever wanted to see the lights of the marina area you don’t want to miss this event dinner buffet style champagne at each table go with vip tickets to enjoy the open air upper deck with personal service and hotel transportation was well worth every penny spent.
