It was fun. You have to be strong to step on the gas, my leg hurt after my 30-minute section. The guys were nice and willing to help.

The jet car was so fun. Definitely recommend doing it for the full hour. The captain guiding us was very kind and fun, playing along with us. The only reason this doesn’t get 5 stars is the photos and videos are a little expensive, and I don’t think the transfer service is affiliated with the jet car excursion. Other than that worth every penny.

Beaucoup trop cher pour 20 mn! Si vous ne parlez pas Anglais, vous ne comprenez pas les consignes de sécurité expliquées, et personne ne s'en souci! Nos amis ont eu un accident, résultat pour eux : 4 dents cassées + un choc à la tête et une paire de lunettes perdues. Cette expérience a été un vrai cauchemar ! Nous sommes très déçus .

However, we would like to address some points where it is important to clarify:
- The experience you booked was clearly stated to be in English, and while we strive to accommodate language preferences, it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure they select an option that offers a French-speaking guide if they cannot understand English language. We provide all necessary information upfront to help guests make informed decisions. It was unfortunate that guest were not able to communicate in English and did not understand instructions well.
- We regret that you were hurt during the tour, but it's important to note that any injuries sustained during the tour due to the over speed of the jet car were unforeseen and not within our control.
- Our on ground team offered to call an ambulance and obtain a police report to assist you in the insurance claim process but it was declined by customer. It is important to acknowledge that this gesture was made in good faith to support you during a challenging situation. And on your request our on ground team assisted you with a letter to assist you to claim insurance back from home country, again we explained that would not be a validated report from govt authorities but guests insisted and typed by themselves and got stamped.
- Offering an extension of the driver and vehicle was our way of ensuring your comfort and convenience after the tour. This was not a compensation for any wrongdoing on our part but rather a goodwill gesture to assist you further.
We understand your disappointment, but we stand by the quality and integrity of our services. If you have any further concerns or require assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
