Truly architecturally the Burj Al Arab is a monumental feat of brilliance. Enjoyed the tour and learning about the building thought and processes.

What a disappointment! It had the potential to be an interesting learning experience about the hotel’s unique structure and intriguing history. However, the constant waiting from one thing to the next was frustrating. The hotel’s operations were inefficient at moving people around. At the end of our tour, a group of us were furious because we had to wait over 20-30 minutes for our golf carts. There was no communication about the traffic issues that caused the delay, as one of your people said after I inquired. Leaving guests with such a negative impression is not something I would recommend. Why would they write a positive review? When we asked, could we walk back to the place? It was not a long walk, they said no. We all felt trapped.

This was a great experience! Be aware that when you book for a time, it’s for the pickup, not necessarily the time you get into a tour. I wasn’t pressed for time and I ended up getting in on the tour at the time I was originally scheduled for. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The driver was great and very punctual. Every aspect of this experience was great! They ask a few simple rules and they are easy to abide by. Simply listen and do what is asked. Super cool to have visited such an iconic venue within Dubai and loved the history and pop culture aspects of the hotel in Dubai and around the world over the years. Definitely worth the opportunity!

The tour was not so impressive as advertised and expected even to guides from the hotel were friendly and helpful. Besides, it lasted about 50 minutes instead 1.5 hours and I had not received e-tickets prior 24 hours of the tour and had to contact tour operator and reminded them about it.

The tour was amazing. The inside guides were awesome. You cannot take pics on the ground floor or second level. The view up is amazing but there are no photos and there should be a photo opportunity by the host. It is worth the tour to go inside this exquisite and iconic landmark. It would be a bonus to actually go to the very top outside and actually take a pic from outside at the very top because there is no other observation deck. Delicious dates and good coffee was simply amazing.

The tour itself was wonderful and well organized. We saw some really incredible suites and had a great opportunity to experience the opulence of this Dubai gem. But be aware that the tour is erroneously named “with Transfer”, because unless you order one of the food options, it will not include a transfer even if the page allows you to do so. I had a confirmed transfer in writing but was denied at the last minute with the tour company explaining it was optional and that my tour document said “tour only” after it was booked which mislead me to believe that just meant with no food or coffee option. You have to book the food or coffee to get the transfer despite the title wchich never said “optional”.

This remarkable island hotel was the highlight our my tour. I have taken videos of almost every room we visited. I would never be able to stay here, not even for one night but the views from both inside and outside were marvelous. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
