Itinerary

After hotel pickup in Dubai in the afternoon, travel by air-conditioned vehicle with your guide to the Palm Jumeirah, the stunning palm-shaped island off the coast. See the upmarket villas that line the island’s sands, and stop for photos of the Atlantis The Palm, the magnificent hotel that rises imperiously from the outer edges.

Next, hop aboard a traditional boat for a 30-minute cruise around the Mina Seyahi lagoon and Dubai Marina, the world’s biggest constructed marina. Drink in the views of the marina’s skyscrapers and the lagoon, with its beach, island and gleaming yachts.

Return to shore and, after time at the upscale Souk Madinat Jumeirah, head to the spectacular Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest tower. Sit down to a delicious international spread at the Armani’s stylish buffet restaurant.

Then, ride the high-speed lift to the 124th-floor ‘At the Top’ observation level, and marvel at the bird’s-eye views down over the city, desert, and Arabian Gulf.

A must do for people who has never been to Dubai. It gives you an overall view of the modern day of Dubai. We learned a lot and enjoyed it very much. The view at the top of Burj Klalifa building was amazing. Our tour guide was nice and very kind to us.

Best tour to see Dubai

This was the second tour I have taken with you, this time for my wife who came with me to Dubai. We had a great tour and a good time. The only recommendation would be to have a smaller group (we had only 9 last time) and several were late which eliminated the tour by Atlantis. Not fair to those of us on time. Otherwise, very nice. Top 5 but with 1 huge disappointment

Our guide (from Tunisia - sorry can't remember his name) was excellent! Although there was a group of French tourists in our tour, he was able to attend to us (English speaking) and them effortlessly. He was detailed in his explanation of each site. However, it was not his fault that the "At the Top" part of the tour to Burj Kalifah was totally a let down. The operators kept accepting more people in the queue although it was already jammed packed. We had to wait 45 mins before we could reach the lift to get up to the 125th floor. Along the way, there were jostling, pushing, raising of voices in the crowd and not a staff was in sight to manage this rowdiness. If there was a stampede, many would have been injured esp the children. When we reached the 125th floor, we saw that it was another long queue for the lift to get down so we took a quick look of 5 mins before joining the queue to go down as we did not want to miss the timing to catch the transport and the tour guide was waiting for us. Indeed, although he gave us 1.5hours for the entire Burj Kalifah tour, we were still about 15 mins late in coming down to meet him and the driver. The view up there was disappointing at night. The windows were dirty and so we could not take any pictures from the 125th floor. Other than this disappointment, we are happy with the other Top 4 tours. Through it all, the driver and the guide were very patient with us especially the wait at Burj Kalifah.

This was the ultimate tour of our 3 days in Dubai. From the time we were picked up at our hotel by the professional driver and tour guide the sights we visited were amazing and the information provided was amazing. A cruise of the city canals gave u a different perspective of the Cities highrise buildings, the Museum was incredible, visit to Dubai mall and the spices and silk and gold markets was amazing and then dinner while watching entertaining water display show was great but the final highlight of the tour was visiting the tallest building in the world 928 metres and traveling up the 124 floors in 30 seconds was awesome and then the views of the City ayt night was breathtaking. The tour lasted 8 hours but was well worth it.

This tour is great value for money. Great for getting around. Excellent tour guide. Food at armarni hotel amazing with huge range. Wasn't interested in the rug museum and felt that the time spent here could have been used better at the burj as we were very rushed here. Only one drink on cruise

Overall the experience has been ok. I would have preferred the dinner to last longer than what it did less than one hour. We had to eat quickly to move just after to the top of Burj. Armani Mediterraneo Dubai has a very good buffet which deserves more time so to taste the different dishes and maybe attend a fountain show just outside. An advice: you might be tempted to eat as much as you can there, but remember that, just after the dinner, a superfast elevator will bring you to the top of Burj Khalifa!!! I would completely skip the carpet market stop before the dinner, which looked like an event set up to advertise the sales of some carpets....... Finally, this tour is advised if you are in the very first days of your stay in Dubai. Part of the afternoon tour by bus, in fact, might result as redundant if you have already throttled across the city with BigBus or City Sightseeing Dubai. This tour was disappointing - the tour guide while he did part a lot of local knowledge seemed to spend more time on his phone and talking to the driver than engaging. He also didn't stress the importance of keeping to allocated times and a 7 hour tour went in excess of 8.5hrs which with time to spare would have been ok but we had a shuttle booked to get to the airport. We asked him about taking a taxi to ensure we would be back at the hotel on time but he insisted things would be ok and in the end we ended up only just making it and that would because we insisted on getting on the shuttle and not waiting for other people to get back from the last stop. The bus driver then was rude and aggressive when we requested we get dropped off first. Overall this tainted the content of the tour which was a nice overview of the sights of Dubai.

Dubai Top 5 Tour was great. The deliver picked us on time from the hotel lobby. The tour was great, our guide was awesome. We had no issue with this tour or the guide at all. Everything was great apart from waiting for some guests who were late coming back from Burj Khalifa.

The tour began well with the marina cruise choppy and bumpy for those who get sea sick easily - be warned and some opportunities to take pictures. No commentary on the bus and the multiple languages made it difficult when to follow the instructions. Jumeirah souk to get a picture of the Burj Al Arab was a disappointment. Instead of being shown where to get the view that was discussed, we wandered about looking for it, going way too far off. Then, upon rushing back to the meeting spot, we see that the group has already left no head count done and we run down the road and thankfully catch up was able to notice the clothing of another tour member. Very disappointing. The drive down the palm was ok and the chance to take a picture in front of Atlantis is rushed. The dinner at the Armani restaurant was wonderful but rushed again. We had less than 1 hour to eat 55min and if you want to see the fountains, that will take up your dinner time. Food is fabulous. Then going up the Burj Khalifa was another disapointment not the tour's fault. 30min in line ups to get up, 20 min in lines to get down, left 10 min up there but couldn't get any pictures since the few windows there were taken by others and very smudged with fingerprints that pictures were useless anyway. Waiting for everyone to recovene was tiring and made for an extremely long tour. This tour needs to be better laid out and organized. More information from the guide about what is to be seen/experienced would've been nice. An please do a better job organizing the drivers and the rides back to the hotels. Our driver didn't know where the hotel was and added on another 30min to the night due to getting lost. There are much better tours from which to select.

Excellent tour we loved everything about it .The Guide was absolutely a beautiful human being ,and I am embarrassed that I don't remember his name. He made us feel special, and we joked about our different lifestyles and how our sense of humour and humanity reinforced our hope for peace in the World, and the realization that people from different cultures and religions respect each other for who they are as individuals, and how they treat each other on a daily basis, is the most important Factor ,in sharing this beautiful Planet .perhaps the world needs to travel more so we don,t miss out on the influence from the truly amazing Human Beings that you will meet when you travel from one side of the world to the other and will change who you are as Person to be passed on to the Next. For short or long stays this is a great tour that captures the main sites over an afternoon and evening. It is a good way to break oneself into an area. The tour guide was exceptional in the way he conducted the tour. There was initially an issue with us and some others on the tour not being picked up as arranged from our hotels and we later found out that it was the driver of a sub contracted tour company. We had to play catchup by two hours with the tour. It all worked out as the tour guide from 'Insiders Tours' waited and began the tour when we all arrived. Insider Tours also sent another driver and a car to our hotel who drove us across town to meet the group. The tour guide was ropable with the other driver of the sub contracted company but he was very professional and got on with his job. Full credit to him. One other sour issue was the contact telephone number on the Viator confirmation was a mobile number that was switched off. When we arrived two days before we did confirm with the Company who conducts this tour as required and all seemed to be okay. However, that all paled into insignificance as we undertook this great tour.

La guida che parlava bene l'italiano si è meritato anche la mancia ma il tour proposto a mio parere era poco significativo buono solo il ristorante Armani; anche la visita al grattacielo di notte perde di intensità meglio sarebbe stato tardo pomeriggio / tramonto.
