Worst tour ever !!!

I booked for 7 adults and went on the tour on 1 January 2020. We had the worst experience in this tour. Very unorganized, terrible service, horrible food, had to wait 4 hours for dinner, dirty camp site , disgusting restroom. So many hidden costs that was not stated on the booking, just a huge tourist trap!!! Please don’t waste your time. When I told the driver we had a bad experience, he just ignored us!!!!

Guide could not speak English. Driver was talking on phone while driving. Eating and drinking while driving. Pick up was an hour late after phoning to confirm exact time. Show was rather mundane. Very disappointing experience

Excelente programa para un día en Dubai, es casi que obligatorio si se quiere tener la experiencia en el desierto, las camionetas de muy buena calidad saltando por las dunas del desierto es algo extremo pero muy emocionante. El "paseo" en camello es una vuelta de 2 minutos, pero basta para la foto. El show y la comida al final son excelentes. En el verano, así sea de noche, hace mucho calor.

Alors par quoi commencer ? Il vient nous chercher a l'hôtel en premier puis passe récupérer un autre groupe a 1h de la .. puis 1h30 de route nous avons passez 2h30 dans la voiture avec un chauffeur qui semble perdu et qui nous assurer arriver d'ici 10mn toutes les 30mn .. nous avons définitivement pas la mm notion du temps! Arriver la bas on attend encore 30mn que le chauffeur du dune bashing arrive .. ensuite on arrive au camp le soleil disparait donc mm pas le temps de prendre des photos ou contempler le couche de soleil on arrive au camp.. les animations bof la nourriture pas top! Le henné c une tte petite fleur sinon il faut payer la chicha c'est dans un coin bien précis sinon a table il faut payer 15€ .. pas de photo le tour en chameau fini quand on arrive... en bref une perte de temps colossal moi qui n'avais que 5 jours sur place si j'avais su j'aurais été a la plage !

Heureusement que nous avions payé qu'une trentaine d'euros, cela ne vaut pas plus...Le tour en 4X4 était bien et nous avons eu des bonnes sensations. Le tour de chameau vraiment dérisoire, nous avons fait un rond qui n'a même pas duré 5 minutes….Le repas buffet sans plus par contre le spectacle était beau et notre chauffeur sympathique.

Guide gentil. Il explique les chises. Par contre pas de deguisements en renue typique lors de l arrivée au camps pour manger. Si on ne fait pas le quad payant en surplus, on attend durant plus d une heure pour rien a regarder les autres faire du quad...
