The Dunebashing Was Fun

The Dune Bashing and ATV ride were the highlights of this tour. However, the show was disappointing. You have to pay extra to sit on the side with the entertainment, chairs and table; otherwise we would’ve been the only people sitting on the side included in the price. If everything is on one side for the show, then increase your price of the tour and include that side.

Bad communication

My experience was very bad. No specific pick up information was shared with me just the address of my hotel and a time frame, I called customer service and they sent a driver towards my way who asked me to meet him at a different location (mind you, we were tourists and had no reliable transportation) then kept delaying the time because he was stuck in traffic. I understand traffic happens but viator should’ve done a better job at getting us to the destination by sending a different driver or something. The driver said he’ll make it to us at 5:30 that’s almost sunset. All the activities are gone! Hopefully I’ll get my refund, but I’m not booking here again!

I do apologize for the inconvenience caused by the driver. Pick & Drop is included in the package and the driver was supposed to pick you up from your hotel/ place. You should have informed us before the pickup so we could resolve the issue promptly. Anyway, we have taken the necessary actions to avoid such issues for our future guests. Thank you very much for the feedback, it helped us in a great way to overcome such issues.
