Great day on this tour. Started off with pickup from hotel and then saw many sites throughout the whole day. It was very fun and we saw a lot. Our tour guide Vishnu and driver were very nice and attentive.

1 day visit on Abu Dhabi was great. Our driver and tour guide Arif was perfect taking care of our needs and wishis very flexibly. We were very small group, great. Arif even showed Abrahamic Family House by my wish. Recommend Arif!

It was all day experience but it was great ! Need to wear proper clothing and comfortable shoes. The heritage place in Abu Dhabi was closed because someone from the government was in there, so then we went to the mall and had lunch there. Everything was good.

First one hour late. No guiding inside attraktions at all. Very short visits and a visit to the Ferrari museums lobby :( to take a picture. Then we waited more than half an hour to pick up two people not on our tour.

The Grand Mosque was the only thing memorable about this tour. The rest of the tour was making worthless stops where they tried to sell us things.

Arif was best guide and made it the best day I had in UAE..car clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. Arif made the day fun on this private tour..He adjusted based in my needs and spoke very good english.

The Mosque is the only memorable experience . The rest of the trip wasn’t what I expected. Disorganized since the start, late pick up, we didn’t go to the areas that were part of the package, since Fridays some places are close. The date market was a waste of time,

It was fun and a good learning experience. We saw a lot from the car but we didn’t stop off enough in my opinion. It’s hard to take pictures from the car. The places we did stop off at was great (the mosque was incredible). The buffet for lunch was soooo good! Yas was a good guide too. I had a special request to stay in Abu Dhabi after the tour and they made sure I was safely transported to my end destination.

I need to be clear about how amazing this tour was: they were perfect for our needs! We were a tardy (not me personally, but collectively), scattered, INJURED group of 8 American ladies on our last day in Dubai...we were basically a tour guide's worst nightmare (my deepest and sincerest apologies), yet and still Ram and the team made a concerted effort to create a curated, efficient, and thoughtful exploration of the highlights of Abu Dhabi for us - I am ever grateful!
Before the tour, the team reached out via WhatApp to confirm timing and pickup location. We were picked up on time and itinerary modifications were discussed clearly and in advance. Ram included me in every decision and explained the ramifications of whichever routes we selected.
I am very thankful to Ram and this team for working with us and ensuring that we were able to get the most out of our experience - thank you!

We chose this tour because of the itinerary and pricing and ended up loving it because of the efforts put forth by our tour guide Bilal. Before picking us up, he kept us notified of his whereabouts via WhatsApp, which was most appreciated, as traffic in Dubai can get quite congested causing delays. The happiness of his clients seems to come first, and from the start Bilal had an intuitive sense of what we needed to get out of the tour and accommodated us at every turn. Along the way, the tour was fueled by his vast knowledge not only of Abu Dhabi, but of all the sites, and of all the Emirates and their history. We were able to spend a nice amount of time at each place we visited, and always enjoyed the interesting stories and information. As expected, the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was stunning and did not disappoint. There was never a dull moment during this extraordinary 9-hour tour. Thanks, Bilal, for making this tour unforgettable.
I highly recommend this itinerary and tour guide.

The tour guide Ram was amazing and went beyond to make sure the tour was enjoyable. There was a family on the tour and the tended to take longer and make additional requests and Ram was happy to assist. It did make the tour last longer (it was a long day lol) but it showed the care put in to ensure we enjoyed the tour.

Le bus est venu nous chercher à 08h20 à notre hôtel et jusque 10h30 nous avons été chercher des clients dans les différents hôtels de DUBAI et de ce fait nous avons visité que 40 mn la mosquée d'Abu Dhabi au lieu de 1h, nous n'avons pas fait d'arret à la corniche, pas d'arret Etihad Towers, pas d'arret Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi pas d'arret Manarat al Saadiyat et le repas dans le mall a eu lieu à 16h pendant 30mn
le programme n'a pas du tout été respecté, le confort du bus était très sommaire
le guide était bien
Je suis vraiment très déçue de ce programme

Abu Dhabi é um lugar encantador, em especial a Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, mas confesso que fiquei um pouco decepcionado com o city tour que contratei pelo Viator e que foi feito pela empresa Navita Tours.
Explico: um carro me buscou no hotel (Atana) por volta de 8:45 a.m. Seguimos para um outro local, cerca de 30 minutos depois, para pegar um ônibus. Achei isso já um pouco estranho.
Esse ônibus deu inúmeras voltas pela cidade. Quase duas horas depois, às 10:25 a.m., eu ainda estava na redondeza do meu hotel (este horário o ônibus estava parado na frente do Mercure ao lado da estação de metrô Internet City). Ou seja, uma perda de tempo enorme. Em nenhum momento foi informado que o serviço contratado iria demorar tanto e que causaria perda de tempo.
Se a empresa tivesse o mínimo de organização teria combinado de me buscar por volta de 10:20/10:30 no Atana Hotel, após sair do Mercure. E não 8:45.
A entrada no primeiro ponto turístico aconteceu após 1 p.m. Ao chegar no local, ficamos parados no estacionamento (sei lá por qual motivo) por quase 30 minutos. Ninguém deu nenhuma explicação. Todos ficaram dentro do ônibus à toa esperando e depois mais tempo esperando para entrar na Mesquita.
Passava das 3:30 p.m. quando saímos do Heritage Village (o segundo passeio do dia e ainda sem parada para almoço).
E teve mais problema: o tour que comprei dizia que teriam rápidas paradas em pontos importantes da cidade, como Qasr al Watan e Emirates Palace (previstos no roteiro, ainda que uma passagem rápida de 15 minutos). Isso não aconteceu. Fomos levados, por exemplo, para um antiquário chamado Marjan que não estava previsto no tour (claramente com a intenção apenas estimular o consumo dentro deste estabelecimento)
Ou seja, comprei uma coisa e recebi outra.

La visita alla Moschea è stata molto bella. Bello il mercato dei datteri (poco tempo) altre cose meno interessanti come il museo Ferrari + centro commerciale
