Pickup and drop-off service is included from any hotel or residential building inside Dubai Central locations: Bur Dubai, Deira, Karama, Oud Metha, Al Qusais, Al Jafliya, Al Rashidya, Al Barsha, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, Business Bay, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed Road. Pickup from Sharjah, Ajman, Discovery Garden, Al Furjan Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali Resorts, Expo Village Hotels, Al Maktoum Area Hotels, Jebel Ali Palm Hotels, and Dubai Parks hotels and resorts are on a private basis only with no shared transportation options. Pickup is not available from the Hatta area or from locations outside Dubai. It was HORRIBLE! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TOUR COMPANY. They ruined our Abu Dhabi experience. The entire tour was rushed and the vehicle was very tattered. I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Tour guide was nice. Was told that we would be provided with proper coverage attire to enter the mosque, however our guide was unprepared and only had 3 pieces of clothing when there was 4 of us. We had to wait about 30 min in the car for another guide to lend him 1 more Abaya. This cut our time down in the Mosque since we were on a schedule. We weren't given a lot of time at other places and felt like we had to rush a lot since our guide was a little annoyed that we took extra time in the mosque and came out later than he told us to. The worst part was Heritage Village. I bit into a piece of RAW CHICKEN during lunch. When we told the manager there weren't any apologies, just an offer to cook me some new food as if I would consider eating anything else from them.

A slow start but our English...

A slow start but our English speaking guide made up for it with a multitude of sights along the way to Abu Dhabi. This six lane highway was superb with the occasional Ferrari or Lamborghini passing us at speed. We visited Ferrari World and that was awesome. Our visit to the Mosque dressed appropriately was a sight to behold with the magnificence and opulence of the place an eye opener for us Westerners. The sit down lunch was welcomed and very tasty in air conditioned comfort. I would recommend anyone going to Abu Dhabi take this tour and see foryorself the sights and sounds of another world, a world that most people only dream about. Cranes were operating everywhere with buildings climbing into the sky almost as you watch. Love to come back in five years to see the result.

The tour says it takes one complete day but at 4 o'clock we were back. The guide gave us so little time in each place, the worst thing was "you have one hour to eat, see the museum and go to the market" he seems to be in a hurry and we hardly understood his English.

Our tour guide didn't really explain a lot. It says entrance fees are included, but everything we went to was free and open to the public. The description says Yas Island was an option and it wasn't. Overall, I think the tour is overpriced and the description makes it sound better than it is.
