Jessica also known as Tra was an incredible host! She demonstrated great knowledge and enthusiasm for Vietnam and Phong Nha village and the caves. I would highly recommend her for any future tours and trust that you are in good hands for a fun and safe adventure! Do not hesitate and book this tour. She and Sovaba Travel are great to work with. I had the pleasure of doing the Phong Nha Cave and Paradise Cave Tour today with Sovaba Travel and it was amazing. My tour guide Jessica was friendly, communicative and on point with time so I couldn't have asked for a better guide. We learned so much about the history of the caves and it was such a beautiful experience. Jess was Informative and flexible allowing us to explore on our own with no rush at all. Thank you so much again!

Awesome one day excursion to Paradise and Phong Nha caves. Our guide Lyly was excellent, informative, and made the whole experience a lot of fun. Everything was handled for us: hotel pickup/dropff, transportation, entrance tickets and lunch. Highly recommend!
We went on the Paradise and Phong Nha caves tour and it was so fun. The caves were beautiful and our guide Jessica Trà made the experience unforgettable. We learned about the history of the caves, how the features were formed and learned some vietnamese along the way. I'd highly recommend it for a great day!
Great tour. Really enjoyed the caves. The guide was engaged, a lot of fun, and she really took the time to learn about everyone and their needs. The bus was high quality and the day very organized.

Tra was a great guide, her English was very good and she told us lots of information about the caves and Vietnam in general. She also remembered my request for no mushrooms at lunch, which was appreciated.
The caves themselves were amazing, I'll absolutely return to do the full day trip in Paradise cave (I didn't know there was a long break available until Tra told us) I really enjoyed the boat trip too.
The only downside to the trip was one extremely rude guest, who was not very nice to several of us, which the tour company obviously can't control, but perhaps it would be worth considering a policy on how to handle guests like that in the future, as there may be some on the tour who would be really upset by what happened and it would negatively impact their experience.
I'd highly recommend this tour and Tra as a guide, thank you for a great day!
We got a wonderful day with Jessica who is very kind. The two cave are wonderful. The meal was also very good (not the case in most of the tour we have).

This was absolutely an amazing trip and our Guide Jessica was simply the best! She was very knowledgeable, energetic and love her job. Jessica always wanted to make sure we were enjoying the tour.

2 part exploration. Paradise cave and Phong Nha Cave. Everything was done on a timely manner and the process was smooth. Our guide, Lily, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and fun to communicate with.
This particular adventure requires you walk a long way vertically up hard packed trails. I had no problem navigating them and I am age 74. The walk, and view wad enjoyable.
David was a fantastic host, we had an amazing time. Beautiful caves, well timed and never felt rushed.

The caves were beautiful and breathtaking-taking. A great way to get a quick taste of a couple of Phong Nha’s most impressive caves.
Our guide Tra is amazing. She was informative, kind, and fun. The drive was nice, the car clean and wonderfully air conditioned.
I would recommend this tour to everyone, it is that good. If you have trouble with stairs, you may want to choose something else.

We just finished a perfect day visiting the Paradise cave and Phong Nha cave. Everything is literally breathtaking (the caves, the little walk in the jungle, the boat trip) and our guide, Jessica/Tra, is just fantastic! She explained everything we wanted to know but most importantly she is so friendly and smiley. She really set the mood from the very beginning and the whole group of people was as she said, a family for the day 😍. We would rate the tour 6 stars if we could, thank you so much!

Our guide Quyên was amazing and so informative. She really made the trip special. She even arrange for onward transport for us to Hue instead of having to catch a bus. She went above and beyond for us. The caves were amazing And so worth the visit
Loved everything about the cave trip. It was organized well - they got in touch about the logistics much in advance. The tour guide was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Both caves are unique. I recommend visiting both caves. I have not seen any cave as big as these 2 caves. Our tour guide Jessica was excellent. She speaks in english very well. She explained everything with interest. I would recommend Jessica as a tour guide.
