Disappointing trip

We were picked up from the hotel then driven out into the desert 🐪 and saw some camels. We then drove up and down some steep sand dunes. We came across one of our drivers other cars which had broken down so spent quite a long time trying to get them started. By the time we started off again it was very dark so we didn’t see the inland sea at all just heard it. The driver put out some rugs and cushions put a small packet of biscuits each and some dates in a plastic container made a cup of tea or coffee then went to talk to another driver 😡 We started to come home and had to stop with the broken down car again till it got onto the road. Then we had a very fast journey back to the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this trip.

Our driver confirmed that he stepped away for only about five minutes to help someone before returning to you promptly. When we set up the keshta, the area was private and unoccupied, ensuring the exclusivity of your experience. As confirmed by the driver, he stayed with you throughout the tour to provide support and ensure your comfort and safety. We are sorry if there were any aspects of the tour that did not meet your expectations.
