Despite paying a large amount of money for this tour they thought it was ok to make me travel on a four hour train without air conditioning, very disappointing that they couldn't make the booking in the a/c carriage. Also very poor quality transport around Srimangal in an old car also without air conditioning.There was also a small problem with the hotel in Srimangal, they tried to put me in a different hotel first despite telling me the name of it. The local guide tried to make me stay in a hotel without air conditioning but when I was quite angry and told them which hotel I should be in they finally sorted it out.
