Becoming a kid again

What an amazing tour, we even went back to being kids on the ‘dodge em cars’. Highly recommend this trip for eye candy of Da Nang & Hoi An. Just a wow experience for everything on that mountain had to offer.

Bad Experience at Ba Na Hill

The tour was not managed well. The tour guide was always running here and there looking for group members and kept complaining. We went to the Golden Bridge at the busiest time and unfortunately my iPhone was stolen! Tour guide told us that 2 phones and 1 wallet were stolen that morning. As a famous tourist's attraction, the Sun Group should consider increasing securities to patrol at the area during rush hours. Viator should move some of the tours to the afternoon so that the bridge is not super crowded in the morning. It was a bad experience for me, I will not recommend my friends to join the Ba Na Hills tour.
