We had an absolutely incredible day on the Ba Na Hills tour, and a huge part of that was our tour guide, Steven. From start to finish, he made the experience truly memorable with his knowledge, energy, and genuine passion for what he does. Everything was well organised, stress-free, and so enjoyable. Out of all the tours we’ve experienced, this was by far the best. If you’re planning a day trip to see the magic on top of the hill, we highly recommend booking this tour—you won’t be disappointed!

Great day out seeing golden bridge and bana hills . The cable car itself is amazing with views across the mountains. Pagoda is well worth the walk down to. Looked after by our guide

Good day out, amazing bridge although very busy. Impressive cable car ride views stunning despite weather if no cloud would've been awesome. Loved the French village at the top, looked very authentic. Lots of nice places to eat and drink. Nancy our tour guide wonderful, very informative, helpful and fun. Would highly recommend.

Ba Na hills is a beautiful amusement park. It's mind blowing to see what they've turned this historic mountain from foreign occupation and war into a place Vietnamese and foreigners can together in peace.

We had a great experience with our guide during the Bana Hills tour. The entire day was very well organized and went smoothly from start to finish.

Our guider Nhan was excellent. She worked very hard to make sure everyone have a good time during the tour. She even bought birthday cakes for passagers who is celebrating that day.

Suggest to do the 7.30am your to Golden Bridge to avoid heavy crowd on later time.
Ba Na Hills is a great place with theme parks and castles, popmart castle is inside

The Ba Na Hills tour was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything was well organised, from hotel pickup to drop-off, which made the day completely stress-free.
The highlight was definitely visiting Ba Na Hills and seeing the iconic Golden Bridge up close. The cable car ride was incredible—smooth, scenic, and offering breathtaking views of the mountains and forest below.
Our guide was friendly, informative, and kept the group on schedule while still giving us enough time to explore and take photos. The French Village felt like stepping into another world.

Assigned tour guide for our trip was very rude and unprofessional. He seemed overly stressed out for such a small group (13) and seemed completely overwhelmed. This lead to him becoming rude towards several of the people on the tour. He wanted us all to purchase the “wow pass” for 300.000 dong each. He then told two people that they could pay 150.000 dong each and got upset when others overhead this and asked if they could do the same. Come to find out, those who purchased the lunch option actually had this already per the park policies, so it sounds like he scammed several people out of money.
He became very upset when someone asked him for change so she could pay back another person on the tour. He began raising his voice at her and I had to step into deescalate the situation.
The final breaking point was when he became extremely angry due to him splitting our group into two groups (those who paid for the lunch option, and those who did not) and one of the groups got ushered onto the gondola by the staff at the venue (you could not wait outside the elevator that lead to the gondolas). Even though we told him they had went up the elevator he got upset and went back to look for them. The same thing then happened to us and we were ushered into the elevator and later the gondola. This lead to him getting into an argument with someone from the first group when he eventually caught up to us.
Due to his extreme unprofessionalism and just overall killing of the experience I told him I was leaving the group and would organize my own transportation back to Da Nang.
Do yourself a favor and just book a grab to the golden bridge and do it yourself at your own pace.

Regarding the WOW Pass, this is an optional service offered at Ba Na Hills and is not included by default, even for guests who selected the lunch option. All guests, regardless of meal inclusion, are still required to queue for the cable car unless they choose to purchase this additional service.
Concerning your experience during the tour, we note that during your communication with our operations team, your main concern at the time was the overall pace of the group being slower than expected, and your preference to continue the visit independently. As this is a shared group tour, the guide is required to coordinate and adjust according to the group as a whole.
That said, we do acknowledge your feedback regarding the guide’s group management and communication style. We will review this internally with the team to ensure better coordination and a more comfortable experience for all guests in the future.

The Hand Bridge and the cable car ride aside, I have to admit that I didn’t quite “get” the draw of a fake France on a hill, fake Louvre, fake Versailles, with twice the crowds of both. I deleted the pics from my phone (except for hand bridge, of course) bc I couldn’t quite imagine saying to someone back in the US, “Hey, here’s a fake French village in Vietnam.” If Vietnam has a Disney this is it. Our guide Hu was kind and fun—I had a scare with my bag and he worked it out—but I’d rather sit at a breezy cafe in Da Nang—or, better yet, Hoi An.

Based on our experience, this is an absolutely must do tour & we’re so glad we did. The entire infrastructure (5 separate gondolas, etc) was spectacular. Despite the crowds, the Golden Hand Bridge was a highlight, but there were many highlights, including the Sun World Festival. As happens sometimes, a small group in our tour group presented some challenges for our tour guide (Hung), but he was excellent.

Forget about Disney. This place is amazing. Beautiful and it’s like you are in a fairy tale. I have to come back to Vietnam and visit this place again and stay overnight

A comfortable shutter arrived on agreed time to collect me. I was the last one to be collected and the first dropped off on return.
The group was made of 11 persons (including me), plus a tour guider and the driver. All information were given in English despite 70% were not English speakers. I don't that was a problem.
The only issue was the weather, unfortunately was horrible. All visit was under fog and light rain. It didn't stop us to visit the attraction. It is huge and very beautiful.
I included meal in my package. It is all you can eat buffet of Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. Very good indeed. The restaurant is huge catering thousand of people at once.
Just before the return the fog started to clear and rain stopped. We could experience amazing views on cable car. It rides a above real jungle. Very very beautiful.
I strongly recommend the tour from Da Nang.

Got picked up and first stop pearl jewellery sales store REALLY 🤬not quite what we expected no exit signs anywhere actual excursion was to Ba Na hills not a sales shop Ba Na hills was Disney in disguise great cable car rides golden bridge the gardens and brewery were interesting the lunch was very good having said that the weather wasn’t good

Ba Na Hills is a beautifull place. Amazing experience. It was a good idea to take buffet lunch. Great choice of diffrent dishes. Amazing place.
The stop at the jewerly shop / eaglewood specials was not needed. Waste of time in my opinion.
Pickup was late 45 min than agreed, guide didn't say much during whole trip. We were put into the cable car and told when to come back basicaly.

It was a good experience. Our tour guide ~Ho Quoc Khanh was very sweet and friendly.
