The morning pick up came to my hotel 45...

The morning pick up came to my hotel 45 minutes before the itinerary said it would come, so naturally I wasn't ready. Crammed on a tiny bus and could barely understand the tour guide's English. Thought Ba Na Hills would be a lovely nature retreat, turns out it was a loud, crowded, cheesy theme park for Korean and Chinese tourists. I requested a vegan lunch but the tour guide had no idea what I was talking about, and just said, It's a buffet, which sounds promising, but turns out EVERYTHING in the buffet had meat in it even the cooked vegetables had pork! I tried to talk to the restaurant staff, but they didn't understand English, and our tour guide didn't stay, so I was so angry!, so I resorted to eating fruit and bread. The restaurant didn't even have drinking water for me to fill up my water bottle. The tour guide gave little or no information about Ba Na Hills. I had to kill 3 hours so tried to find the quietest spot that wasn't crowded or blasting with music to sit and just look at my phone since I didn't want to go to a theme park or be smacked by a million selfie sticks in the wax museum. What a disappointment -- this is not a colonial village, but rather a fake theme park. The worst part is that after booking the Viator tour, I went to the actual tour company's webpage and realized I was paying DOUBLE to book the same tour through Viator. Never booking with Viator again!
