Waste of time

This tour will go down in the books as one of the worst - a waste of time. I paid for a small tour but ended up in a tour bus with 23 people. I emailed the your company 2 weeks for certain details such as start time, duration and expectations for the tour that would feed into my decision making. They never responded even after emailing me 2-3 days before to tell me pick up time etc, i asked again and was ignored. It turns out they have a different itinerary to the one sold online that includes a 1-hr stop at a silk worm factory aka tourist trap point. Then they dragged out the departure time to the point where several of us were upset. The tour started at 8 not 7 am and we arrived there about 10 am. The tour said 2 hrs Ba na hills but we’re there for 3 hrs, stop for lunch and then head to the Golden bridge which is crowded by now with people. This could have been over by 2PM but we left close to 5 PM and I got back too tired to do anything else in daylight. They get two stars for getting me there safe. However I do not recommend this option. Select a private option that actually responds to people and takes you to the bridge early in the morning and then the park after.
