The day at the Ba Na Hills, seeing golden bridge an a lot more, was worth of my time 100%! Our guide Ms Linh was kind, helpful and shared her knowledge of the destination and Vietnam in general. Nice day!

Pick-up went perfectly. Rosie the tour guide was amazing and very helpful. The place however was a well co-ordinated tourist trap. Couldn't see much because of the mist the whole time. The place is nice but very expensive. What does help with the queues is booking through the tour operator who have a skip the line preference. This in itself was worth the price. If you are into the theme park and resort vibe then this is for you. If not give it a skip. This of course is no indication on the tour operator who was fantastic with price and service.

Ba Na Hills is magical

From start to finish I had the most amazing experience, my guide was wonderful and slightly funny but helpful and very informative. Ba Na Hills is a must see and do tour it’s absolutely magical being high up in the mountains and then it looks like a freaking Castle up there with so many wonderful places to eat, the flower garden is great, the Buddha and the rides the arcade the hotels everything is amazing and so affordable.

What an amazing day. We were advised of puckup time by Linh, our guide for the day. After picking up the other tour members we headed to Ba Na Hills. On the way, Linh provided a wonderful commentary of regional and country history. On reaching the site, Linh guided us through the queues and onto/into the various places. Throughout the day, Linh escorted to the various locations giving an often numerous summation. On balance, it was a long day out made enjoyable by Linh's guidance. Even the journey back to our hotel was enjoyable. I would rate this experience my No.1 Vietnam tour and would highly recommend others to take this tour.

Fun trip to an amusement park - very picturesque

The golden bridge is very beautiful and the area around it is picturesque. I did not realize beforehand that this Ba Na Hills / Sunworld tour is really just a guided trip to an amusement park. So, the day is entertaining but not the most culturally informative and there are a lot of tourist crowds. That being said, I still had a good time on this tour.

Affollatissimo parco divertimenti in stile francese. Affollatissimo dai Vietnamiti e Coreani. Per me un po' troppo costoso per quella che offre. Molte costruzioni sono in restauro. Per fotografare il famoso Golden Bridge ci vuole pazienza e una giornata senza nebbia, altrimenti si vede poco. Cibo al ristorante a buffet, buono e c'è di tutto.
