IT IS MANDATORY THAT TRAVELERS PROVIDE PICK UP LOCATION BEFORE TRAVEL DATE. - If arriving by ship, simply indicate the name of your ship. - If staying on island, simply indicate the name of your hotel or vacation home. - If you are neither on a ship or staying on island, please contact us. If you are staying on island, please let us know where you are staying in order to arrange for pick up. We also pick up from the Red Hook Ferry Dock and the Edward Wilmoth Blyden Marine Terminal in Charlotte Amalie. Each Guest that has a voucher for the tour needs to have their ship ID card or license to check in with the representative and sign the voucher. It is imperative that you cooperate with the Sunny Liston Tours Representative -Upon arrival at the port: Havensight WICO Dock: Meet the local representative at the Pre Arrange Tour Pick up location outside Gate 4, adjacent to the restroom. Look for the Pre Arranged Tour Pick up sign posted on the fence. Do not move from the Pre Arrange tour sign. At the Pre Arrange tour sign, wait for the local representative. If you are arriving at the Crown Bay Dock, please meet the local Representative, Sunny Liston Tours at the windmill located in the Shopping Center on the dock. Please note that pickup times and pickup points are subject to change. You will be notified if there is a change in your pickup time or point.

This tour was NOT what we had asked for. This trip was advertised as a personal tour, where we could customize the tour for the 4 hours. When I called to book, the person I talked to agreed that we could tell the driver the highlights we wanted to see. He would be our personal driver for 4 hours. This did NOT happen. The driver was awesome, but we wanted to see Meaghans bay, banana daquiri bar and home of the bushwacker. Instead we got the banana daquiri and Saphire beach for almost 2 hours of the 4 hour tour. We had 11 people, was nice to be "JUST US". It was a nice drive around parts of the island, but very disappointed we did not get what we asked for.

Thank you for your feed back on the tour and apologize that you felt that it was 'bad'. We always strive for excellent customer servive . Our Private Tours are fully customizable within the time frame and exclusive. There was a discussion between you and the driver so as to ascertain what you were interested in doing and he also offered suggestions. He explained to you what St. Thomas has to offer and asked what you wanted to do. He was told that you definitely wanted to go to Mountain Top where the banana daiquiri is famous and you wanted to go to Sapphire Beach. There was no mention to him about going to Magan's Bay Beach or for Bushwacker. One of the lookouts that was visited was Sir Francus Drake Seat Lookout. This lookout spot overlooks Magen's Bay Beach. Still at this point there was nothing said about your wish to visit Magen's Bay Beach. The driver would have gladly taken you to Magen's Bay Beach had he known of your desire. You were taken to Sapphire Beach as was requested. Thereupon, the driver asked how long you wanted to stay at the beach, and this is what was done. The driver picked you back up at the time you requested. By the time the tour was finished and you were dropped off to the ship, 4 hours was already gone. You thanked the driver and told him he did an awesome job, that you had a good time, and would even request him again if you ever revisit. He accepted your generous gratuity given and thanked you you for taking the tour and the time he had with you and your group. We hope that you enjoyed your vacation and took back great memories.
