Learn the fascinating background of the place as you ride the train to the Eyefull tower to get an awesome eye-full. The train and tracks are engineering marvels. In anddi to the train, there are little 10 minute excursions to an old gold mine and a little protected nature preserve on site. Worth the trip to check everything out.

Take a jumper as it can get a little cold , but if it’s wet they provide jackets for you which is amazing bonus .. the views are amazing and our driver Russell spoke the whole way and we learnt so much , thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Great little railway travelling up through rainforest to fantastic viewpoint over the bay. Excellent commentary on the ride giving the history and workings of the railway and pottery. Cafe fine but menu limited.
