Fatal. Habíamos reservado la visita guiada, no enviaron email de confirmación esa misma mañana, pero allí no se presentó nadie! Y lo peor de todo es que ni siquiera nos contactaron por teléfono o email para avisarnos, y el teléfono de contacto del proveedor no funcionaba. Nefasta la experiencia
