Excellent walking tour!

Nice and short walking tour of the Alcazar (1 hr). Without the tour guide (Emilio), walking through the Alcazar would have been a bit boring since there isn't much to see. However, Emilio not only gave a really good and concise background of the history of the town but in each section of the Alcazar, he gave lots of great info. His English was perfect as well! Most of the tour guides we've had in Spain don't speak the best English sadly so we were really impressed with him :)

Viator changed tour after booking so was unable to attend yet they declined refund despite within their conditions. Full payment for nothing. Cannot comment on experiences itself but viator id good when simple but nightmare when something wrong (had once before too)

Didn't even get there as a booked the wrong palace. It had the same name and the guide said it was an easy mistake to make! As soon as I realised my mistake I got in contact with yourselves. I may as well not have bothered as you were not very understanding

The title is fake… we bought a ticket that said ‘skip the line’ and when we got there we realized that there wasn’t a ticket for the entry… only for the guide tour?? Seriously… ?? I deserve my money back What a waste of time

La guía muy bien preparada y su información es muy completa, al contratar solo una experiencia nos dio tiempo de disfrutar Alcazar a nuestro propio ritmo, mi único tema es con los audios (tienen interferencia en ocasiones) pero si procuras estar cerca de la guia ¡Problema resuelto! Importante: Recomiendo llegar con tiempo ya que parece que en ocasiones la app tiene problemas con la ubicación en Google maps, en nuestro caso el punto de reunión fue justo enfrente de la entrada (cruzando la calle).
