We spent most of the day in the van.
We spent almost not time at monkey island and when we were there our scared guide told the boat captain to stay away from the monkeys, other boat were getting close and having monkeys come on the boat, everyone board want the same but the guide was scared!
Then our guid made us go back to shore so quickly that once we were back we had to wait 30 minutes for the other group that was going to the indigenous people.
We did not at all go to Amador Causeway (Calzada de Amador)
We were supposed to do Monkey island in the morning when the animals are more active, we did it at the end of the day!

A very good tour, so much to see, the boat ride and seeing the monkeys in the wild was wonderful.
The tour of Panama City provided lots of interesting facts.
