We had an excellent tour guide called Kumara who proided us with a first class service and ensured we were very well taken care of. He was very knowledgable and recomended some very good places to eat. For the safari itself we had our own jeep with both a driver and tracker, they were excellent at finding the animals, kept our 4 year old son engagaged thought and had a depth of knowledge of all the wild life.
