- Once the booking is made, the passenger receives a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with details such as the driver information and vehicle details.
- The driver arrives at the designated pick-up point at your chosen time.
- You will receive a WhatsApp message once the driver arrives at your pickup location.
- Driver assists the passenger with loading their luggage into the vehicle.
- Should you encounter any difficulty locating your driver, please feel free to call the provider contact number for immediate assistance.
- The driver ensures a comfortable and safe journey, adhering to speed limits and traffic regulations. The vehicle may be equipped with amenities such as air conditioning
- Some services offer the option to stop at various points of interest along the way for an additional cost.

Very happy with our taxi pick up from Colombo airport to Bentota. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived with a large sign! & was courteous & drove well. The pick up was easy to book on Viator. We liked that MACK contacted us on Whatsapp to confirm the booking so we were assured our taxi would be waiting & had a method of communicating. Would use again.
