Please don’t book this on Viator. Go directly to their website and make reservations on your own. We paid double what the restaurant charges for just one added alcoholic beverage.

Great experience, lovely food and stunning views. The booking was easy and when we arrived it was very easy to access the Lotus Tower

Do not do. I booked this on the 7th of June. Received confirmation with booking and reference numbers. Continued to received communications such as: reminder that event was coming up, payment received, where to go on arrival etc. Upon presentation on Sunday 22nd June @ 6:30 as was on all communications was told we didn't have a booking. I provided my tickets, numerous emails regarding booking but alas "I didn't have a booking". There was a private function on!! But here is my ticket. Basically - "So what". So much for having a great experience on the last night in Sri Lanka. Apparently even though you have more than enough information and proof of booking this doesn't mean you have a booking. They just look at you and say you don't have a booking. Bad luck.
