We offer hotel pickup within Colombo city limits. Your tuk-tuk driver will arrive at the pickup location and wait with a name board displaying the lead traveler’s name. If guests have difficulty locating the driver, they can contact us via WhatsApp at +94 77 447 8302. Please be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Check that the itinerary is correct with driver as ours did not go to a place listed as advertised which was disappointing
