Charles our tour guide was so pleasant and made the tour such a great experience! The tour lasted approximately 4 hours with great home cooked meal at the end of it. Definitely a must do when in Cebu!

Amazing once in a lifetime experience. Great guides and they keep you safe all the time. They also take good pictures and videos which are worth sharing. It was an adventurous and crazy unbelievable experience. Must try at least once in your lifetime.

They won’t refund after no tour guide showed up.

It was horrible. My pick up ride did not show up. So I contacted support and ask for the info for the third party agency they hired to take us around for the tour. No one answered the seceral dozen phone calls I made. So when I asked to cancel and a refund, Viator said no refunds since it’s past 48 hours before the start of the tour!!! WTH!!! No one showed up for my tour and no service provided and refusing refund? I’ll make a complaint to BBB. They’re making it seems like I’m at fault since I didn’t cancel on time. Warning for whoever books a tour with Viator, just book the tours with the locals. Guaranteed cheaper, no third parties involved and payment only when services are provided.

The Canyoneering activity exceeded our expectations, everything in there is solid 5 stars rating. It's a must for everyone to experience. My wife sprained her ankle a week before and at about 90% condition to do the trek. Thankfully Badian changed to 1:1 guide:client ratio arrangement and that provided great relief for my wife and my kid. The coordination between Viator and the local organizer is the problem. The pickup address listed here in Viator is obsolete as it points to a location that is 1) no longer there, 2) no longer used as pickup point. The pickup time was supposed to be 6AM but was delayed to 630am. That 30minutes difference in terms of traffic condition in Cebu is extremely critical. Our driver told us that have we left Cebu by 6AM, it would normally take him 1.5 hrs (maybe 2hrs) to get us to Badian. We reached Badian nearly 4hrs later. Will book this from Viator again ONCE AND IF the pickup location is updated.

Super Fun But 5 Hrs Long

Lots of and fantastic experience. Get your legs in shape by lifting weights for at least 10 days prior or your legs will be soar for 3+ days afterwards. It’s 5 hrs of swimming and jumping buts lots of trekking of steps and climbing.
