Your driver and tour coordinator will contact you for any updates. -Hotel/Airport pickups have a scheduled start time at 3:30 AM, yet the exact time may vary because of the different hotel locations of other travelers in our group tour. The unwanted customer.

The partners they have are great and provide all the services as described. However the company / provider who drove us not so much. The driver was 1 hour late and had a bottle of urine in a plastic water bottle rolling around in the truck up and down before somebody pointed it out. He picked up friends on the way back just to drop them off at their homes while making a couple stops to shop with them. After that he dropped us off at the shopping center to find our own way home. He never really said anything during the whole 16 hours we were all together. No breathing or guidance and nobody knew what to do. t I've never experienced anything like it. Since this was a really small minivan with no leg room at all i ask for the front seat but that was reserved for his friend. I can't describe how rude he was.

Starts really early but definitely worth the experience! Canyoneering was with Smile tours (there’s other canyoneering companies) but definitely enjoyed Smile and my two guides Arnado and John Clifford! They were entertaining throughout and made sure I was safe! And if you want to zip line, you can also do it here (and save trekking for 45 mins).The sardine run was also very fascinating even though it started raining pretty hard, the activity can still continue (since you’re wet already). You’ll also see turtles. The driver, Aldren, was definitely good at getting us to each activity safe and efficiently. The only slight negative was that the drop off afterwards is at a mall (which makes sense since you could be in a group staying from all over the city)

Brilliant canyoning, but the transportation was with no pleasure.

The trip consisted of two parts: diving among corals with sardines (1) and canyoning (2). The canyoning was absolutely brilliant, with knowledgeable and caring guides (I really appreciate them, great guys), very worth it, it was a wonderful day, one of the best of my trip to Cebu. However, diving among the corals did not leave a pleasant impression: the guides paid maximum attention only to those who bought a Go-Pro, the corals themselves were absolutely uninteresting and colorless, the car arrived at an unsightly parking lot in the village, surrounded by impressive heaps of garbage and roaming chickens. The transport: a minivan, packed to capacity with 13 passengers, including a small child. I was the only one from Viator; the rest, apparently, took a tour from local agencies; then only five out of 13 went canyoning (that is, was there any reason to combine two groups, even for the sake of saving money?!). The journey from the hotel and the journey back to Cebu (more than 2 hours each) was, to tell the truth, uncomfortable due to the overcrowded car, the legs were numb, there was nowhere to really put the things, getting into and out of the car was very uncomfortable. On the way back, the driver dropped everyone off at a shopping center near the Radisson hotel and the cargo port, which was unexpected for everyone and rather inconvenient. Only the canyoning guides spoke English properly (many thanks to them again!); the driver’s English was only two or three phrases; local passengers from our group had to translate and explain the necessary details to me.

We cannot upload a pic because we are still waiting for our pictures from the guide. The guides took a lot of beautiful pictures and videos - hope we do get them because those are the only pictures we have to keep our memories locked in. It was amazing, got to eat at a local family's house, the best adobo, pancit and rice, with a banana and a bottle of Coke Cola. Our guides were truly super nice and tried to make our trip the best ever...
