Diffficult to hear tour guided Speaker in buses are old and do not conduct sound well Overall tour little boring

Ordering the tickets was a·little challenging. Actually obtaining the tickets was VERY challenging. It took 20 to 30 minutes at the ticket counter at the museum/ferry dock to finally get the tickets.
