The tour is supposed to be 24/7 but you have to contact an “operator” before you can begin to get the app and directions. The phone goes straight to voicemail, no one answers the chat messages in the app and the email address they give you to contact them is incomplete (info@cluesolver)

Thanks for your feedback and please accept our apologies you had a negative experience making your booking.
Our adventures are indeed available 24/7, but Viator's privacy policy prohibits your email address from being shared with us which unfortunately means these bookings cannot be processed automatically and require a manual entry at our end. I believe you were sent full playing instructions within an hour of you having booked.
