    Would give zero stars if possible. We stood at the meeting spot for 30 minutes- they never showed. Ruined our day and no time to set up another tour with different company before we leave the area. Got an email two hours AFTER the tour was supposed to start telling us we were getting a refund. Extremely dissatisfied.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, our coach bus encountered a mechanical failure while en route and had to be towed from the location. Upon discovering the issue, our driver made immediate efforts to contact your team but was unable to reach anyone. We understand the disruption this may have caused and are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
