No one ever notified me that the tour was canceled. I wait an approximately 15 minutes past the scheduled time. I contacted support and they contacted the tour operator and informed me it was canceled.
They said I was the only one who had signed up. If they would have told me I could have signed up for a different tour.
Wasted an entire day and over $100 getting there and back.

We waited at the meeting point 1 hour. They finally called to cancel saying the driver was stuck in traffic but there was no traffic on Google Maps. We were the only people waiting for this tour, I think they just didnt want to give it.

I really loved the way Gamaal incorporated explanations of the origins of names and words into his recounting of the historical development of Bruges. The origin of the city's name, the source of the term 'Wall Sreet 'and the evolution of the word 'hospital' were all seamlessly integrated into his stories about the city. On entering the Notre Dame of Bruges, although we were invited to see the different styles of construction of the church through his trained architect's eye, his explanations were never heavily academic due to his lightness of touch as a storyteller. The guy's a poet! There is never a dull moment throughout and we thoroughly recommend this tour!

What a lovely experience and insight into the city, especially the history. Gamaal was incredibly friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed that he makes it interactive as it captivates your attention. You will look at the city differently after he points out the beautiful architecture and the story behind each. 100% recommend and I just wish we did it at the start of our trip and not the end.

It was great, semi-private tour with only 5 people. Gamaal had a lot of insights and stories about Bruges history. And he hit all picturesque spots for the best pix. After tour we came back to some spots. I would recommend to take this tour at the start of your in Bruges as you can use recommendations to visit key spots / shops. Highly recommend. Thank you

It was a great tour unfortunately it was pouring with rain and our original guide did not come as we were the only people on his tour!! He transferred us to a brilliant guide called Marc who although we were all getting soaking wet made the tour really fun and interesting. I would really recommend this guide I cannot recommend the other one as I never met him.

Great walking tour by Gamaal! Covers a good amount of history of Bruges and is accessible by anyone. The tour really gives you a flavor for the place and I would highly recommend doing the tour early into your visit as Gamaal gives you a really good introduction to the city. Jamal’s explanation of the difference between Roman, gothic & baroque arches was very informative and useful. His re-enactment of the love lake story was very entertaining. Overall, the tour was very informative & entertaining. Jamal did a great job.

This tour is the best walking tour we have experienced anywhere. Our guide Gamaal was engaging, knowledgeable, and a gifted storyteller combining history, art, and architecture. Gamaal runs one heck of a tour! It was a smaller group on purpose which I appreciated since we could ask many questions. Gamaal is a friendly guy who tells the history in an interesting and funny way, we got to see many places in the city, ideas for what to do afterwards, and good recommendations for food and chocolate. Couldn’t have asked for a better tour in Bruges and would do it again next time I’m in the city.

When traveling, we like to do the first day in a new city on our own, and then, if possible, a walking tour the second day to have it all "make sense". This tour was perfect. Many major points of interest were covered, the history/significance explained, etc, with emphasis on architecture and art. Gamaal was great: informative, great storyteller, dry humor and wit, and very knowledgable. It was a pleasure sharing his company for two hours throughout the city. Highly recommended.

Gamaal was a super enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. We would never have understood the city as we now do, if we had not experienced it with his stories and eye for detail. Gamaal's education is in architecture and urban planning, and it showed; we understood different stages of the development of the city, as buildings and squares evolved to answer the problems and demands that went with the growth of trade. I especially appreciated understanding the lace industry as an opportunity (of sorts) for women. My son is 12 and wants to be an engineer, and he loved the tour, too. I am super glad I had this experience in Bruges. Not a minute of boredom with Gamaal.

Our guide Gamal was fabulous, we were late by few mins but he patiently waited for us. Explained each and every little details about the architecture and the history of the old town. Suggested some amazing local cuisine and chocolate shops. He did an amazing job, highly recommend.
