App kept freezing. Didn't finish the tour. Had to keep reverting to the main menu but ultimately the fact that the App froze several times spoilt the experience

While your progress has been registered on multiple checkpoints, we understand the reported issues encountered, which are mostly outside our control and point towards external factors, some of which are mentioned in the Notes (restrictions for running the app in the background, phone overloaded with apps, battery issues due to cold weather, poor network connection, etc.).
